Just moved into a 20 year old 2 story townhouse and with the real estate market so competitive we purchased the property as is. Brandon and helper arrived on a Monday morning after I contacted them the day before. We had a water supply line to water heater break requiring us to cut main water off. The guys were professional and obviously had a lot of experience. They made a difficult job look easy and the cost was reasonable. We found out our water heater tank was 20 years old. Their quote to replace with a high quality 50 gallon Bradford and White electric water heater was more than reasonable. We look forward to having them back to install.

Nonstop is right Mr. Brandon set up an appointment and kept going. Faked on me 2X. No show no call. Very very disappointed but I decided to post bc that's what the app is for. Take the bad with the good and do better!!!

Wow, I am impressed. My water heater went out on a Friday while we were out of town. Fortunately my daughter was here, turned off the water and called a plumber a friend found through her condo manager, to come out. He drained the tank. His quote to replace the water heater seemed very high so I looked on Next Door App for recommendations. He had a lot of great reviews so I called him on a Sunday after i got back in town. Brandon gave me an itemized quote a few hours later which was way below the one from the first plumber. The first plumber charged me $200 to drain the tank which Brandon said he charges $75 to do. They came the next morning to replace it and found it still had water in it so had to empty it (he didn't charge for this) installed the new one and then carried away the old one. He will be my go to plumber for ever more. Can't recommend him enough. He is honest, reliable, friendly and has great people working for him.

I called late on a Sat night terrified that I would have to wait until Monday. Brandon was at an emergency job and said that he would head my way after. Sure enough, 20 mins later, he contacted me for directions and fixed my problem within mins of his arrival. I don't write many reviews, but after finding my new plumber for life, I wanted to share with everyone how happy this customer was! Thank you Brandon and Team!

Brandon is so nice! He squeezed us in same day, came to look at our issue, diagnosed it as a problem that was unrelated to plumbing, gave us a recommendation for who to call and also advice on the water line. Will definitely be our first call if we have another plumbing issue!

Yesterday my toilet tank developed a hairline crack and I searched Nextdoor and Yelp and knew instantly that Brandon was who I wanted to use. He was very friendly and respectful. Very quick and did a great job. Very reasonably priced as well. He was able to accommodate me quickly. I am going to get him to quote some more extensive work that I need done. Still have old original 1920 cast iron drainage pipes that need to be redone with PVC.

Brandon was Extremely Prompt to come and Assess the issue when called - came within a couple hours. He fixed the problem with his crew however his communication was extremely poor. We had an addition job He said he would take care of, but he did not see it through or communicate with us .
