We called Brandon on Saturday evening and explained our problem. He quickly diagnosed the issue and told us he could come by the next day and sent us an estimate to replace the water heater. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was quick and friendly. The quality of his work was great and his prices are very fair. He even texted us several hours later to make sure everything was working and that we had hot water. We will definitely be calling him again next time we need work done.

Extremely poor communication and lack of professionalism. I have had the project going on for quite a while and it has been managed poorly with lack of attention from the owner some of the subs have had to come in multiple times to fix things that were installed incorrectly. I have to literally call and beg every time for them to show up to get something done. This job was supposed to be finished months ago but it is just a drag every time. Now in middle of the job I have to find somebody else to finish it and bare extra cost on top. This is not the way to run a business You have to learn to show up on time and use reliable help that is experienced and communicate with the customer rather than avoiding calls and not showing up on scheduled days even after that not having the courtesy of calling customers back and apologizing or at least picking up their calls so they know what they need to do next.

My experience with Nonstop Plumbing was not pleasant to say the least. After getting a quote and me proposing a date for the project I did not get a confirmation or any communication from Brandon until the morning of the proposed date. Since I had not heard from him I was no longer available to be home. We then settled on a new date but the morning of the second proposed start date Brandon informed me that he would not be able to come and do the work since another project had taken longer than expected. Brandon then contacted me a few days later saying that although he was out of town he would check with his workers to see if they could get my project done that week with the promise to call me that afternoon to confirm. I did not hear from Brandon. At this point I requested a refund of my deposit but Brandon assured me he could get the project done the following weekend. Brandon did show up and do the project however his workers left my old water heater in the fire lane of my condo complex (without informing me) and did not return to dispose of it until the next day. The communication for this project was abysmal and leaving the water heater was completely unprofessional. After informing Brandon of my displeasure with my experience with his company his response was 'Ok'.
