Didn't respond to initial Yelp email so I called. Then spent the next week trying to get scheduled; the salesman kept calling to change who was going to show up and when. He finally decided to send the owner. The owner didn't show up and had the salesman call 20 minutes after the appointment time to say the owner would be an hour late; he assumed that would be ok. I had pending appts. so it was not. Then the owner called and became belligerent. Why-oh-why would I want to do business with them? I can only imagine what they would do to the irrigation system....

Nolan offers professional, reputable and downright exceptional service!! I called yesterday afternoon (Friday) and instead of pushing my job to next week, the owner (Wayne) came at the end of a busy day and completed the job in significantly less time, resulting in a lesser cost than anticipated (yeah!!). He was very nice, well educated, and prepared for any situation to arise as a result of plumbing in a home built in the mid-80's. I wholeheartedly recommend Nolan Plumbing and Irrigation without hesitation. This has been one of my best experiences with a business in Jacksonville to date.

Wanted the whole payment upfront, and was very rude. I paid him half and the balance at completion. He was incredibly difficult to schedule. The job was left incomplete, but it was grab bars another employee promised to install. The other employee didn't have authority to tell him to leave the installation for him to do. The employee also left incomplete jobs, but was a personal friend of Wayne That's how Wayne landed the job. That's called subterfuge. Be wary of this plumber, and Van's Services, LLC.
