I hired Nola Quality Contractors after Hurricane Ida. The Owner, Jason, was very nice and gave me a quote . As soon as I had money from the insurance company I gave them the money to get my roof done and the house started. The roof was done in a timely manner; and I gave them more than the cost of the roof. From that point on it was very difficult to get in touch with the owner/contractor. I would call the office and talk to his office manager and she would give the messages to Jason. Once in a while he would return my calls and or texts.
He finally got a crew out to the house once I gave him more insurance money and they did all the dry wall and such. It was almost impossible to get in touch with him after that. I wound up giving him all the insurance money, which was stupid on my part, but he never finished the house. I had to hire other people to complete the house and fix some stuff that they did not correctly. I had several items stolen such as 2 Dewalt batteries, a step stool, and several pavers.
The office manager stated on several occasions that she gave the messages to the owner who never did return my calls or address any concerns.
Not only was I out on the insurance money to finish the house but I was also had to replace everything that was taken and find someone else to finish my house and find the money to pay for it.
I do not want anyone else to have the same horrible experience that I had.
