I want to give a huge shout out to Cory with NOLA Flow Plumbing. I reached out to him after a plumber recommended to me became unreliable. Cory's communication was excellent. He was on-time and friendly. A little issue occurred during the installation. Cory was honest, pointed it out to me and made sure to fix it later. He's very proud of his family and dogs and will tell you all about them if you ask. It speaks volumes about him. Cory's prices were in line with other quotes but his positive attitude, reliability and his spirit to serve pushes him far ahead of the competition.

Very disappointed by service, you can make an appointment. But it doesn't really matter. Because the business owner will force on you whatever hours he wants to do. The first appointment was canceled. The rescheduled appointment was on time, but required an additional appointment due to the ordering of a part. Against my better judgment, I allowed that part to be reordered through this company. I set the appointment time with the business owner, but the day before the appointment, while, on my own business call, I started getting numerous phone calls and text messages until I answered urging a result. They wanted to do the service job now. Rather than at the time that I originally scheduled, that was convenient for me. After the installation, the price changed from what I was originally quoted to a higher amount and then was able to be negotiated down $10 once the change in price was addressed. I was happy to have the person out of my home. And there are too many other plumbers that I would use in the future and not recommend this one.

Based on the other reviews that are posted and due to their lack of detail and verbiage, I suspect that they are fake.

I don't typically write plumbing reviews. Seriously, I mean a plumber is a plumber, right? Wrong.
I cannot recommend Cory and his crew from NoLa Flow enough! From the moment he first arrived, his professionalism and expertise was evident. Cory quickly went to meticulously working-checking every possible source of the gas leak with the attention to detail of that a jeweler, rather than a tradesman.
Not only did Cory identify, locate the gas leak, he also took the time to explain the situation to me in a clear and concise manner. His transparent communication and honest approach gave me peace of mind during a stressful time. I mean my house could've exploded! Additionally, he provided me with practical advice on how to prevent such issues in the future.
After all that, I was pleasantly surprised by their very fair pricing for the exceptional quality of service provided. Cory and his crew really went above and beyond. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs and recommending them to all my friends and family. My only regret is I can't take Nola Flow out of NoLa just to service my other properties in California and Texas!
