I originally hired Brad to patch up damage left behind by a woodpecker, and he delivered beyond my expectations. First, I had originally scheduled a pest control company to get rid of the bird, and I was hiring Brad just to repair the damage. However Brad assured me he could take care of everything, which I'm not about to argue with that since it saves me money. Brad was so thorough on his exterior inspection of my home that he found a handful of roof tiles that was loose or even missing that needed fixing ASAP. He was also great with communication, always keeping me updated and in the loop, and the overall time it took to complete all the repair work was fairly quick. He fixed the roof tiles and the woodpecker damage, and even went around the perimeter of the house, finding other small areas to patch up with paint which I appreciate so much (especially considering everything he did helps keep the HOA off my back). He was incredibly proactive in his work, noting that a woodpecker doesn't just make a house its home for no reason, he warned me about the potential risk for terminates. During his repair work, he even found traces of termites and showed them to me so I could get that situation handled. Honest, reliable, and quality work. Highly recommend to hire him for your next job, you won't regret it!

Support this man! He came over to my condo and checked out my refrigerator, and did not have the part. He never asked for payment, and found the part the next day. He came back, hooked up my water line, and charged me much, much less than I expected. I paid him double what he asked, and it was still less than any of the other quotes I received from others. He was courteous, respectful of my home, and did an excellent job. I recommend!
