This place rocks! I have replaced two parts for an old Gerber faucet in the laundry tub. After the spout was leaking, I could not find the right washers anywhere. I had to replace the whole spout, which they had in stock, and it was priced competitively. Now, not a drop leaks.

I was at my witts end with a 39 year old American Standard faucet. It had been leaking for many, many months so I contacted American Standard. They referred me to Noel's Plumbing. My faucet would not have been able to be replaced without ... More

We were able to buy parts for our antique toilet here! Unfortunately, the toilet fell off the wall so we had to return the parts before we got the chance to use them. But returning was quick and easy! The staff is super helpful.

We all know what it's like to work on plumbing and you go over to the Ace Hardware thinking that you'll get what you need. Don't do it and go to Noel's Plumbing Supply first. If I had I would have saved myself so much heartache and so many ... More

I ordered a bathtub spout which I had a hard time finding. I wasn't exactly sure how to fit the spout on the copper pipe so I texted Noel's and a gentleman walked me through what I needed to do to replace. Super patient and works great. Thank you!

After I tried several different stores to find the part I needed, the man at Noel's front desk took one look at my broken faucet stem and brought me the correct replacement. No more leaks!

Fantastic! I walked in with parts to the faucet in my vintage sink and walked out with everything I needed. Chain hardware stores suggested I get a whole new sink and/or would not be able to do it without a plumber. The employee at Noels ... More

Come here and they will take care of you. I visited Home Depot and Lowes , there was nothing there but cheap made plastic and they will charge you every nickel and dime. Here I got the original Moen shower parts with good service
Definitely good to try vs cheap Chinese 3rd grade products from Lowes or Home Depot

These guys were so helpful and professional. They found me the obscure replacement part I needed in less than a minute. I wouldn't even go to a Home Depot type place for plumbing needs. Stop here first. They are even open on Saturdays

I've been doing business with Noel's plumbing for the past two years since I've owned my home. They are consistent in the work they do. Very reliable. The workers who come out to complete the jobs are very respectful and pleasant. They did a reroute of pipes in my home in 2019 which was about a total of about $1700. They came and did another job this past spring 2021 for me, which was installing a washer hook-up in a laundry room. The total for that was about $3000. Both jobs I was satisfied with the completed work. Today I had a small leak in my bathroom upstairs and Mr. Noel sent a worker out to take a look at the problem. Instead of telling me how the problem needs to be solved, the worker just went ahead and fixed the problem without my consent. He should have told me what the problem was and then ask if I wanted him to complete the work. I don't mind spending the money to get it fixed but it's the principal of just going ahead and doing the work without asking for the green light. And also unfortunately the owner Mr. Noel is always rude and short with me when I ask questions. But is very nice when taking my payments. I'm not sure if it's an age factor because I am younger but there is no reason to run a business and get rude when your paying customer asks questions. When I explained to Mr. Noel that he was rude his reply was ""well I'm just direct"". What a way to respond to a customer! No apologies or anything!! Whether you are direct or not, it is a certain way you should handle customers, especially repeat customers! I don't usually leave bad reviews on companies but me trying to speak with him about it was a waste of time. I'm very disappointed in this last transaction but overall in him being rude when asking questions. Every customer should have a right to ask questions especially when they are spending a decent amount of money with the company!!

Fixed issue with HVAC condensation drain line that the HVAC technicians could not fix. Very professional and reasonably priced.

My experience with this company was terrible. The crew refused to work around other workers, on a new construction build I might add. Then pushed my schedule back two weeks because one of the employees had ""personal issues"". My drain on my kitchen faucet was leaking, gas lanters were leaking, the gas line to the dryer wasn't tighten enough(which led to us clearing the house), and we failed the plumbing inspection because the shower drain wasn't inspected in time(which the builder and plumber both blamed on each other). This caused us to pull up the entire shower floor and have it reinspected. The crew thought that my overflow drain was a dummy drain and not an internal, which the owner cleared up. Thank God..This negligence was the builder's fault as well.. We also had to cut a hole in the new sheetrock after we moved in to connect the shower wand, which was not working.
