On 9/29/24, Justin from Noble came out to install a toilet flange riser. He looked at it and told me it would be between $450 and $550. I felt that was a very high price but a toilet is a necessity. It took him 2 hours from start to finish, but over an hour of that time, he was out buying parts at a Home Depot that is only 7 miles away. I was surprised that he didn't have parts with him considering this is a very common plumbing problem, plus I told them what I needed over the phone when I made the appointment and specifically said that I was telling them so he could show up with parts. When he was done, he advised that the amount due was $490.00. I asked what their labor rate is, he said $250/hr. It seemed really high so I asked if it was because it was Saturday. He said ""No, that's our regular rate"". So I was charged for two hours of which most of that time was spent on his trip to Home Depot 7 miles away. I paid him. As he processed the transaction on his phone, I asked if I would receive a detailed receipt. He assured me I would receive a detailed receipt in an email as soon as he finished creating it. It is now a day later and I have not received anything. Very disappointing.

So in short:
1) So far the toilet is functional.
2) Justin was a pretty nice guy.
3) Price for the job was awfully high. I feel the job should have been 1/2 that amount because he should have had the necessary parts. I feel gouged.
4) The worst part is that I have not received a receipt for my $490.00!!

I will update regarding the lack of a receipt.

I had a horrible experience with a previous plumber that came out to my apartment to fix my shower. So my management called out Brian and Luis to come and save me and I will say that they both did absolutely nothing but a fantastic service. I was upset because I needed my shower to be done for Mother's Day weekend. and Im so lucky to have had such an amazing team come and save my day. Brian and Luis were so nice and respectful not to mention supportive. thank you so very much.

Today I woke up to water leaking from upstairs. Noble plumbing was extremely quick getting here and fixed my problem in a very short time. Their employee Jesus came. He was very thorough, polite, and cleaned up everything when he was done. I have never had such great service. I would highly recommend them!

Kyle From Noble Plumbing came to my house on a Friday and did an amazing job. He has outstanding customer service and was very knowledgeable and efficient. Not to mention i was very happy with the cost of the job. Theres no pressure when noble plumbing comes to service your house. I had a bad valve in my shower that happened on Sunday. On Monday morning I called 2 other repair companies in Modesto and the earliest was appointment was that afternoon. Noble was able to service and repair by 9 am. Alex Lopez, the technician was professional and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Great customer service, our plumber, I believe his name was Derek... He replaced a whole toilet in under an hour! Everything was left spotless, they really care about there customers! We also live out in Stockton and they were able to come out fast! Thanks again for a great experience!

Alex and Grant just left after installing a water heater for me. Very professional and personable. They certainly new what they were doing. The price was competitive, the work was timely and thorough and the clean up was thoughtful. My thanks to them both.
