After 2 terrible landscaping jobs, Noack did exactly what we wanted and more. Our yard looks fantastic. We have several neighbors that also have hired Noack and are very happy. I highly recommend them. Jordan was fantastic at making sure we liked every plant and we had over 50 bushes, 2 trees, huge boulders and moss rock borders and flowers done. They also did our drainage, irrigation and are considering their lighting crew... it was a big job but it was done professionally!!

Very professional and they do exactly what they said they would do. I have used Noack for more than 15 years without any issues. I have learned over the years, you get what you pay for and they are extremely generous when it comes to services.

Used for years with no problem at all, then their crews started padding their time! We were charged the extra, even when they just sat in their trucks. Sadly, after years of using them, I guess they just didn't believe their customers!

They do little more than drop off unskilled, non English speaking laborers. The "supervisor" does a drive by and will give you (the customer) instructions for the crew over the phone. Full service? Not even close.

Management refused to come and look at their own crews work. Ignored valid complaints.

Overcharged. Claimed to have four workers plus one supervisor. Realized that they actually had three worker and I was the supervisor.

I wouldn't use or recommend these folks again. Bait and switch. Charged professional rates for unskilled day labor.

They changed out our landscaping. Great job that went far beyond what we expected, & cost less than expected.

just like the previous review, started great, dropped rapidly. Mike the GM sets the low standard and his team clearly does not even achieve those. It can't be any lower. After several complaints we finally fired them today. If even the GM defends the poor work (or better no work done), don't waste your money!

I have had much better lawn services then Noack. They started off excellent a rapidly dropped down. They refuse to return phone calls and also to reply to emails.
