This company is a total scam. We hired them in good faith to come out and take care of a very specific issue that needed immediate attention on a Saturday. By phone they are professional. However, the actual technician who came out was a con. They misrepresent themselves and attempt to grossly overcharge. Do not use this company.

This company tried to scam me big time! They tried to charge $700 for a repair another Plummer did for $200 and they diagnosed the issue incorrectly. They also tried to charge $1500 just for coming out. On top of it all their Plummer wasn't even licensed!!! Run from this company!!!!

I had a horrible experience with No Worries Rooter! I will be updating my full review this week. Run away from this horrible vendor! I will be following up with the Registrar of Contractors with a complaint as well as the BBB.

I have a rental property in Phoenix but live in Pennsylvania. When I get a call from my tenant with an issue I can never personally asses what is truly going on. Adrian has become a guy I trust to talk with my tenant, evaluate the situation, and report back to me what he sees. He is prompt, very professional, and always remains in contact with me throughout the job to let me know what's going on. He also stands behind his work and quickly takes care of any fallow up issues. I am glad I found him and I always feel better about the situation once I know he is on the job!

Don't make the same mistake I did. This guy ripped me off. He charged me $475 for a garbage disposal replacement when he spent $50 on the garbage disposal. He said it was a good garbage disposal, when I looked it up online it was the cheapest garbage disposal I could find. I confronted him after I found out most plumbers in the area charge around $200 for what he charged me $475. Turns out he also charged me over $300 in warranties for a $50 part. This guy will lie to your face, I think he believes his own lies even. Do not waste your money on this guy in this tough economy. I should have shopped around more before I let him charge me too much. Live and learn I guess. Absolutely appalling company. STAY AWAY!
I am an insurance agent of 20 years experience. I have never known a company as awful as this one.
A client had a water leak in upstairs bathroom.
This company, person, Joe Quezada coerced my client into signing a contract, called an AOR - assignment of rights (NEVER SIGN ONE OF THESE)
Subsequently charged over $6K before waiting for approval from the insurance company and then sent a second ""invoice"" for almost $60,000.00.
Yes, $60,000.00

We had a water leak coming from our water meter in our front yard. I called No Worries Rooter LLC and they came. When Joe Quezada arrived he said he could do the service and asked me to sign a contract. I didn't think anything of it and after I did he showed me his prices of a thousand dollars and up. I was shocked! He did fix the leak with a 3/4"" PVC line on the meter and then told me I owned him $1,4051.00 for under a hours work. He charge me $150.00 for a residential trip charge when his business is less than a hundred yards from my home. The town of Gilbert came out and I showed them the picture of what he did and they said he over charge us for the work. We feel like he took us to the cleaners. I will never use them again and they were not honest in their dealings and should of been more forth right in telling me that they change $795.00 per hour. Before letting me sign the contract. They have no integrity.
We have had other plumbers look at the work that was done and they said No Worries Rooter should have not used Irrigation PVC piping. We are going to have to pay another plumber to put in the correct piping.

I've never had a plumber respond so quickly and do such great work until I hired no worries rooter. It was really refreshing to receive excellent customer service. I felt a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders knowing that I have finally found someone I can trust. I highly recommend no worries rooter. They truly lived up to their name, I no longer worry about my plumbing.
