Ben W.Paid $400 for a shower door that was installed incorrectly. Worst part is that I was not able to be home and the guys who installed had to know screws did not catch in anchors. They KNOWINGLY took advantage of my pregnant wife who did not know what to check but they took her money anyway !
Tash G T.Boy do these guys live up to their name. I had a helluva job done on my house all the way from my main to guest bath, all pipes had to go & old galvanized water lines replaced. Also had water lines pulled & redone in guest bath from a prior botched plumbing job. The crew faced concrete pipes with concrete poured on top of those pipes, cracking, just horrible & so many surprises! Fabian & Hussein jack hammered out CRAP for about 2 full days. They were here promptly every morning & if they couldn't be, Fabian was on the ball letting me know exactly what was going on. Chance made the process hassle free & answered all 5,000 of my questions with a non-frustrated smile & explanation to boot. The guys were here almost 2 full weeks & we were only left 1 night without water or sewer to allow for a small amount of liner to dry. And on the last day, to my surprise THE OWNER, Brian was here putting my dirt back in place. These guys are the best hands down, very down to earth, so easy to work with. I was afraid by my high estimate (other plumbers shot off SUPER low #'s) & the job did turn out to be quite pricey, but I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. I trust these guys, they are friendly, professional & HONEST. Highly Recommend!
