After leaving the military in 2003, I started my plumbing journey, and following my time with bigger companies, I realized that residents in Ohio were frequently overcharged and upsold on unneeded services. This led me to establish my own company, committed to fair pricing and building relationships with my customers, rather than just rushing in and out.
