Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with Rudy, and I would strongly recommend against using him.

We asked for his input to ensure we ordered the correct parts for our bathroom remodel because we don't know anything about plumbing (that's why we hired him). When the parts came, nothing fit correctly and we had to start the process of ordering new parts over again - this happened not once, but three times even after we had him double confirm that what we were ordering was correct. This ended up costing us a lot of extra $$$$, not to mention the time it set us back with the remodel.

The next issue we encountered is that he got halfway through our job, and then would not return our calls or come back to finish the rest of the job, so now we're stuck with a half finished job and we have to find a plumber to retrace where Rudy so abruptly left off.

Dealing with this company has been extremely frustrating. I feel ripped off. Rudy from this company performed a diagnostic of my sewer in May, charged me $300 for a video and a report. When I called back two weeks later to schedule an appointment for a return to perform the work, no one answered the phone or returned any of my phone calls. I've been calling each week since June (sometimes twice a week)!! Now I'm being told by a competitor I have to receive another quote and pay another $300 because no one will look at the video No Limits created. Stay away. This place is unreliable and I feel like I should get my money back in some way.

My hot water heater broke and I needed to get it replaced quickly. Rudy and his partner showed up the same day and they were able to get it done quickly for a very fair price. They were very professional, fast, efficient, and cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend Rudy's service to anyone.

We have been using Rudy and No Limits Plumbing for over 7 years and can vouch for his quality, service and integrity. He has installed a mainline sewer at our home and have called him out for other small repairs over the years. This last week I had a pin hole leak in a copper pipe behind an interior wall so we had to shut the water off to the house until Rudy could show up and solve the problem. Due to the trust he has earned with us over the years we do not require him to give us an estimate and allow him to work alone in our home. Once again we returned home and found the leak fixed and a fair invoice that we were happy to pay. I highly recommend Rudy and have shared his number with friends and family.

Rudy is the best plumber I have ever hired. I have flipped about 20 homes in my day and have never had a problem with Rudy and his team. He is prompt, professional, reasonably priced and get's the job done in a timely manner. What more can you ask for? If you are looking for bedside manner, your not going to get it...you'll get just plain old fashioned straight talk.

I would recommend Rudy to anyone.

Incompetent and unprofessional. He never checked his workers quality of work. Thank goodness we had a GC that was a friend that would walk the job and catch issues that would come up. Not willing to take responsibilities for his wrong doings. I would never use him again. Remember when you hire a plumber for a big job they are only as good as their employees doing the work. He may be nice to talk to and sounds like he knows his stuff but his workers do not and like another reviewer said he does not check their work. At the end of there are issues he's not willing to admit it. Likes to argue. I think the good reviews he must get are from very small jobs. My neighbor used him on a new build as well and had the same issues.....

BEWARE, this is a horrible plumber. His workers are incompetent. He made multiple mistakes at my house, that cost me thousand of dollars to correct. Basic plumbing issues that any plumber would know. He never even did a final inspection on his work before he signed off and received payment on the rough. I fired him and attempted to explain all of the issues, he didn't care. Handled the situation so unprofessionally. And rather then contact me and try to fix the issues he acted like a complete jerk, arguing every step of the way. I still to this day haven't received an apology or an attempt to remedy for the thousands of dollars in damages he cost me. The only option he has left me is to sue him.

Rudy came out to check a problem that had come up for us during home inspection. We're getting hardwood installed and mentioned to the contractor that the house had had some plumbing issues when he found plywood with water damage. He suggested getting a few quotes from plumbers and asking them to make sure if repairs are done, that they wouldn't have to the through the floor. Why install floors only to have them yanked, right? Called a few plumbers with solid ratings on yelp. A few wanted $45 for an estimate. Man, it's already rough that I feel like I spend more time at Home Depot than my new house. Anyway, I came across two highly rated services on both yelp and Angie's list with free estimates: Jack Stephan and No Limits. Jack Stephan came out and did a solid once over, but I felt they were trying to push a problem to be more than it really was at this time. (Granted, in time it may actually become one). Well, Rudy came out and did a quick check and said if it really is a problem for us, he could fix it (for much less, btw), but if we're not bothered by it than to not worry to much. The guy was quick, honest, friendly and provided good communication. There wasn't even anything for him to do. Although, we might just have him do it for preventative measures. Thanks, No Limits Plumbing. Now, I'm going to go listen to some Master P. (Close enough)

Rudy and his guys are the best!! I have been using No Limits Plumbing for over three and one-half years and they are the most honest, reliable and skilled plumbers I have encountered. Their workmanship is excellent and they always leave the job site impeccably clean. They never try to ""upsell"" me on anything and always have the right parts, tools, equipment, etc. on their trucks. Their ""can-do"" attitude is a plus!! I am so glad I found an honest, dedicated plumber.
