My tenant told me that her toilet was leaking around the base when its flushed and sometimes you can hear the water refilling into the tank when nobody is flushing. I found No Drainage No Problem via yelp and Nabil gave me a free quote. Nabil went to my tenant's apartment right away to review the issue and to patch it up. I was not at the location so Nabil assessed the issue, called me about what was wrong, provided an updated quote and went off to buy the materials. Nabil went to buy the materials and came back to fix the problem quickly.

Nabil replaced the fill valve and the rubber gasket. Afterwards, he leveled and applied silicone sealant around the base of the toilet to minimize risk of leakage from instability. He also walked through the work performed with my tenants and explained the issue. My tenants notified me that Nabil was very nice and left the place clean as he vacuumed even behind the toilet!

After the job was done, I got a full report from both my tenant and Nabil. Both my tenants and I are very happy about the job. I paid Nabil via Zelle and am happy that I was able to rely on Nabil to do the job quickly and efficiently. I'm also happy I didn't have to be there as this is COVID times and it's best to limit exposure as much as possible.

If you're looking for someone who is professional, shows great customer service, and a cost that is fairly reasonable, I'd highly recommend this company.

Nabil was excellent. He came on time fully prepared for the job, and encouraged any questions and concerns about the projects. He explained clearly what he was going to do every step of the way, and I was rest assured nothing was going left unnoticed when he left.

Our drainage pipe was leaked and needed to be fixed. Nabil made sure that not only were the pipe fixed, he also made sure the pipe were clean and in good condition. I'm glad he went beyond to inspect the pipe because the pipe was clogged to its brim, and recommended that the pipes needed an immediate attention. Had Nabil not found out about this issue, that would have been a headache for another day.

I'm fully satisfied with the work. I will gladly recommend Nabil to anyone for any plumbing needs.
