I had a leak in my main line late at night. Had to turn off the water to the entire house. Requested responses from four plumbers on line before I went to bed and the first to respond was Brenden (NLB Plumbing). He was here and working on the leak when the next plumber called. He didn't remember about my appointment and rescheduled it to the afternoon when I called him 30 minutes into our scheduled time. Then he called in the afternoon to say he couldn't make it. He holds no contractor license.
