We had originally planned to remodel a small master bath with Saeed and team. The project was delayed with restrictions on construction due to the pandemic, however, Saeed proactively reached out to us to once these were lifted to provide a quote and promptly started work. His team were professional, flexible and thorough in their work, so much so that we decided to have them work on our family bathroom and install kitchen backsplash. Needless to say we're really pleased with the results! One thing that stands out in work with Saeed is he is communication and transparency. Highly recommend Saeed & team.

Great services offered. Saeed knows his job well. We had curtain rods installations, water filter installation and some other minor fixture installations. Saeed is very responsive and he took great care that he did all the work neatly & perfectly. He also made sure to fill up old nail holes and paint them back. Wonderful man and very reasonable. Now I hardly write reviews, but the quality and great customer service that we received from Saeed was impeccable. We had reached out to Saeed for a quotation to have our interior of the house painted, and to have a mirrored wall that was very old removed. We wanted to have accent walls painted in dining room and guest bedroom. In all, we needed 9 rooms painted including bathroom, and hallways. We were on a time crunch due to us moving into this home within a week.

Saeed made himself available the next day, came to the house to take a look at the work and said not a problem he will get it done. He asked how soon we needed this done, and we told him in a few days. Saeed gave a quotation via email (which was very reasonable and convenient), and once we agreed to the work he had come the next day and started work. He was very flexible with our busy schedule and helped my sister pick the paint color we were looking for. Upon approval, he had began work and finished the job in 2 days.

We had a carpet cleaner come to the house around the same time Saeed was working in the house, and Saeed was very kind and trustworthy that we had gave him the deposit for the carpet cleaner and to pay him upon completion of the job (this was due to our busy schedule and being at work). Saeed had the keys to the home and completed the work very well and managed to look after another contractor who was cleaning the carpets. He is a very honest, and genuine human being, and he honestly wants the customer to be pleased and happy with his work with 150% satisfaction. He will be our go to for every project in our new home and future homes. We know he is going to get very busy because through word of mouth, many of our friends are going to start calling him as well. You will not go wrong with him.

Contacted this contractor and spoke with him seem to be interested but never followed up nor returned my email. Was asking for a basement staircase to be done very unprofessional. Very disappointed!!!!!

Super knowledgeable!! Showed up earlier than scheduled, but that was perfect because he notified me prior to arriving. We had a bathroom ceiling fan to replace and install, the work was done efficiently and without issues, AWESOME job!!
