Niza is a good honest plumber. My main criteria for finding a contractor is that I get an estimate from the person doing the work. I spoke with Niza about the work I needed and he offered suggestions that saved me money, showed up on time and completed the work quickly (including a couple of surprise additional tasks I threw at him). This is a long review but worth reading. If you want a Summary.. Go with Niza plumbing.
I bought my house 2 years ago, a year after, the sewer line kept backing up. I've had 2 companies out every 4 months to ""clean the line"" they were using the wrong line to clean it out. When Niza got here he used the right clean out location and noticed there was no resistance meaning no roots. He was very attentive to the process and the feel of the line going in. He said it felt like there was sludge build up (he explained that when a toilet doesn't use enough water to flush the toilet paper sits in the pipe and builds up making a paste causing the back up). He then jet cleaned the pipe and even showed me above ground where you could feel the backup. We then went out to the street line where he showed me that the water was finally coming through to the city line and there was no backup. Niza explained and showed me the process along with what he was doing whenever I asked (and I ask A LOT of questions). When it came time to video scope, he said I could come watch and we saw two locations, at fittings, where roots were coming in. He said the pipe itself was in good shape. This is AWESOME news! Thank you NIZA!!!

If you are looking for an honest plumber, look no further. My property manager selected this company and they took care of the issue with no attempt to rip off or up selling. Will definitely use them again

Niza is One of the best Companies that we hired to work with, I know my clients are in great hands as a property manager. last night we had an emergency leak that they were able to look at and diagnosed over the phone/Video, and book the next day appointment at 8 am, if Jennifer in the office would have not answered my phone at 9:30 pm, I would had to call the emergency plumbing that definitely would cost lots of money to this Owner, diagnosing and understanding the problem is where will help to resolve and save lots of costs for us. they turned an emergency call into a regular call and saved us headaches and money and I wanted everyone to know, This is not the first time we had this company save our owner thousands of money.

Niza came out to connect four bathroom sinks, new sinks and countertops and you need a Plumber sine the countertop company was not a licensed Plumber. Niza was very responsive and accommodating. He knows what he's doing and knocked out the task in no time. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs! He's a very good man.

My boyfriend and I own an airbnb in Pioneer and when our current guests reported a leak under the kitchen sink I was slightly worried, having it be such a small community and the week of Christmas, we knew it would be difficult to have someone come out. I must have called ten different plumbers and handymen in the area and none of them were available except for Niza Plumbing. I called and spoke to a very nice lady who told me they could come out and service our home the next morning.

I had some miscommunications with our guests as far as working around their schedules to have Niza come in to repair the leak and had to go back and forth a few times trying to make it work. Ultimately, we got our schedules arranged and Niza came in the next morning, did the job, and we could not have been happier. We are so appreciative they were available and managed to fix our leak so quickly!
