Niza is One of the best Companies that we hired to work with, I know my clients are in great hands as a property manager. last night we had an emergency leak that they were able to look at and diagnosed over the phone/Video, and book the next day appointment at 8 am, if Jennifer in the office would have not answered my phone at 9:30 pm, I would had to call the emergency plumbing that definitely would cost lots of money to this Owner, diagnosing and understanding the problem is where will help to resolve and save lots of costs for us. they turned an emergency call into a regular call and saved us headaches and money and I wanted everyone to know, This is not the first time we had this company save our owner thousands of money.

Niza came out to connect four bathroom sinks, new sinks and countertops and you need a Plumber sine the countertop company was not a licensed Plumber. Niza was very responsive and accommodating. He knows what he's doing and knocked out the task in no time. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs! He's a very good man.

My boyfriend and I own an airbnb in Pioneer and when our current guests reported a leak under the kitchen sink I was slightly worried, having it be such a small community and the week of Christmas, we knew it would be difficult to have someone come out. I must have called ten different plumbers and handymen in the area and none of them were available except for Niza Plumbing. I called and spoke to a very nice lady who told me they could come out and service our home the next morning.

I had some miscommunications with our guests as far as working around their schedules to have Niza come in to repair the leak and had to go back and forth a few times trying to make it work. Ultimately, we got our schedules arranged and Niza came in the next morning, did the job, and we could not have been happier. We are so appreciative they were available and managed to fix our leak so quickly!

I purchased a bbq grill from Costco and needed it converted from propane to natural gas.

I scheduled an appointment with him. He gave a price quote and did not try to up sell or increase cost after coming to my house.

He took his time and did a fine job.

We called Niza during a huge rainstorm after normal business hours because of the storm and our drains backed up in our entire house (as in we had waste coming out of our shower and bath ) and got a very quick response and we're scheduled the next morning! They came out and were extremely knowledgeable and got to work right away. The quote was very fair and they were very pleasant to work with. They explained step by step exactly what they were going to do and that really showed me that they stand by their work. I would recommend Niza Plumbing to anyone around my area!!!

We had a pretty serious clog and called Niza late on a Sunday and asked him to come Monday. They showed up first thing Monday morning. Niza and his wife were so pleasant to work with! They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and fair priced. Even though he couldn't 100% repair the problem same day, he ensured that we could use every aspect of our plumbing before he left for the day. Not only that, he's installing a long term solution for a very fair price. We found our plumber for the rest of the time we live in his service area. Hands down.

The plumbing in the master bedroom was awfully installed by the previous owner and the water flow wasn't getting any pressure. Thankfully for Niza and Jennifer who have came and did a great job in replacing the old piping installation, replaced the shower head and the shower valve as well as securely installed the pipe connected to the shower so that it is no longer staying lose and falling on the wall. This was all done in the same day appointment which I am so very thankful of.
I will recommend Niza 110% to friends and family who will need their service.
