Dante Taylor advised he was licensed and stared work to replace my sewer line in Norfolk on my rental property and knew we lived in another state which he took advantage of. He did not get a permit but advised us he did, lied to us of the cost he supposedly paid for the permit & requested additional money. Someone called the city and he got mad and blamed my tenant, he was mad because that's when we found out he didn't have a permit or licensed, then he stopped answering our phone calls & texts. We're out of a lot of money. Found out a lot of other bad information by trying to get additional information to take him to court. Always check with BBB before hiring a business.

Payed Danta up front, big mistake. He took our money and did not complete project. City inspector was call and said they have no listing of him getting permits which I paid for. Will not return our phone calls. Do not pay him using Zella!!!Anyone going to use him please get his license plate number and his driver license first. And a picture of him and sent to me. I will give a reward.

I can't say anything negative about this company. Dante came out as soon as he was done with the hob he was working on. He kept in contact with me the whole time, letting me know exactly when he would show up. Fixed the blockage in the lines, and also picked up a few other things that I needed to get fixed. He was for sure hands down the. His prices are not outrageous, and gets the job done quick. In fact he came an hour after my cable install and finished before him. I'll be recommending him.

Horrible service had a contract to be done in two day trusted him to be done left my bathroom unfinished no shower door no molding no vanity install no light install now he's not answering the phone he was paid in full which Is particularly my fault for trusting this brother Do not give this dude no money until your work is complete I'm now finishing my own bathroom I really hated to go this route but I'm out of money don't have anymore to pay any other contractors to come and finish this job

He forgot the appointment. When I called to see where he was he admitted so and seemed like he had just woken up. I hung up the phone because it was my break from work. He sent me a nasty text message in return telling me to keep my little pennies. Unprofessional

Fantastic service. Dante was able to come first thing in the morning to fix the leaking faucet in my tub. It was leaking so badly that I had to turn my water off, but now, not a drop! Great communication & very responsive. Very fair price and good work! I will definitely hire him in the future--in fact, I've already consulted him on another project!
