This review is a longtime in the making. I've used Nixon's for close to a decade for heater maintenance prior to the winter months. Wendy is always a delight as is their owner and technicians. Heater was on the fritz and after troubleshooting to the best of my ability it was time to call in the big guns. In an incredibly busy season Wendy arranged for the owner to swing by and check it out. That in itself this time of year was a miracle. This company is reliable, honest and an absolute delight to work with. No one else will ever service my heaters as I trust these people and their expert knowledge. Huge thanks to the team for squeezing me in!

This is a STRONG and POSITIVE recommendation for Doug, Wendy, Sal, Mike and Addison of Nixon's. I couldn't be more pleased and happy! The team is professional, knowledgable, responsive, honest, fair and friendly.
The project involved the removal of an ancient furnace and hot water heater and moving the main water- shut off valve of the house to a more accessible location. One big challenge was the fact the house has a tremendous amount of stairs. Another challenge was the furnace and hot water heater were wedged into impossibly small and difficult crawl spaces.
Every member of the team had a ""can do"" attitude from the start and were dedicated to helping, problem solving and overcoming all obstacles. They go above and beyond.
I can't thank Nixon's enough for all they accomplished, the hard work, the professionalism and the excellent service for a job well done!

Currently my heat isn't working (low of single digits for the next few days). Wendy answered and I explained my issue and she said she would see what she could do to help me. She called back immediately and said they could be at my house in 20 min. Matt was able to troubleshoot/diagnose the issue (needed a new circuit board) . I'm so grateful they were able to come out today and help me out.

I would give 0 star if possible. I was waiting about two months for en estimate to replace entire furnace and duct work in my townhouse. Mr. Nixon came out but did not even give me the courtesy to talk to me in person. He just walked the townhouse (contractor let him in), did not even give me a call that he was there - I was literally one minute away. When I called the office, I was told that he is not interested. He did call me afterwards and told me that he gets lots of jobs and can pick and choose what he wants to do. Worst experience ever!
