I have nothing but the best things to say about the entire team at Nitro Plumbing! A huge thank you to Brandon, Jon, Jake and Noah!!

I came back home after vacation to a frozen sewer line right after Xmas. They did everything they could to get me scheduled in a reasonable timeframe even with all the holiday vacationers in town.

From start to finish they were beyond amazing! They bring Grand County to the next level as far as customer service and professionalism go.

When the team arrived they quickly problem solved and came up with the best possible solution. Even if that meant calling in additional equipment and guys. They answered all my 100's of questions and even made me laugh in a stressful and gross situation.

Their pricing was fair and their work was high quality and worth every penny! I wouldn't hesitate hiring this crew for both your preventative measures as well as any emergency situations that come up!

Thank you guys again for turning a shitty situation into a much better one! I will definitely be contacting you all again!

Shower leaked down into floor below causing some ceiling water damage. We'd already done the demo/dry wall removal, so the plumbing fixtures were visible and easily accessible. They quoted $750, and that was the ""discount"" rate, because we'd already done the demo, and bought the replacement part at Home Depot.
$750!?!? Hell no. He said it would normally be $850.
We paid/lost $50 for the call out.
Called a different plumber, (who wasn't able to come out for a couple days, what do you mean the good ones are booked!?) , but only changed their $100 trip/diagnostic fee, and $150/h for 2 hours of work. So. Do the math. That was $400. They also fixed a busted sprinkler pipe all for that price same service call.
