From the moment I first contacted Nistler Plumber to inquire about an estimate for a new bathroom the level of customer service was off the charts! Eric was such a wonderful person to work with, always extremely responsive, willing to explain things I didn't understand, and provided the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. I was extremely happy with the completed bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to contact Nistler again for any plumbing or heating needs.

I called Nistler for an issue with my geothermal HVAC system in July 2021 for a cooling issue ,fan kept kicking on and off. Nistler trouble shot my system through November with a lot of service calls. Issue with cooling ran into the heating season by November same issue fan kept kicking on and off. Nistler tech's continuing with numerus service calls from July through November and still no reliable operation for heat or cooling came to an end after I had to purchase electric heaters to keep my house warm enough not to freeze up pipes. Finally ended my relationship with Nistler in November and found another HVAC service , after a number of calls by December I hired another HVAC service. Not all HVAC services had technicians on staff familiar enough to trouble shoot a geothermal. Problem is by this time I ended up absorbing almost $3,000 in bills from Nistler with no reliable heat or cooling. Then absorbing additional costs in hiring another HVAC service that trouble shot the issue and completed the repair but put additional costs to finally resolve my HVAC system issue but made a major hit to my pocket book ! Nistler might sell geothermal systems but repairing them is another issue. Their own tech stated he wouldn't purchase a geothermal system while on and at his first service call with me , now I know why , he didn't know how to trouble shoot nor did the second technician that was sent but at least he mentioned only having two years experience.
