I have Select Home Warranty, which covers waterheaters. I was given Nissis Plumbing as the repair contractor on Thursday. On Thursday, Nissis Plumbing told me they would have a technician here on Friday. I took the day off of work on Friday, but, the Nissis technician did not show up, and did not call. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday with no hot water. Another case of poor communication and poor customer service. Will request another contractor.

The water main between the meter and our house was leaking a gallon a minute. The leak was underneath the concrete driveway. Jesus and Jose were on it right away--willing to come out to our house (which is far) in a couple of hours. And they didn't overcharge us for responding immediately--in fact their prices were half of everyone else we called.

Jesus communicated every step of the way-- from finding the leak, explaining our options for the repair, and finishing the cement in the driveway professionally so that it looks great. Jesus and Jose clearly are knowledgeable, experienced, and fair.

It is so refreshing and comforting to work with people who are honest, meticulous, and experienced. And unbelievably, cheaper than everyone else! Call them, you won't regret it.

Ernesto is the man! He was really accommodating for time, works fast and is very reasonably priced. He did multiple checks to make sure everything was hooked up correctly. I will definitely be calling Nissi again (hopefully not too soon) for plumbing needs. So happy I found them.

Our house had an issue with the laundry machine's hot water, and Nissi responded quickly. Their plumber, Jesus, gave a diagnostic and was honest, saying that we don't need to do any repair since it wasn't a pressing matter. They don't care about the money, but they are professional and seek to do the job with integrity. I recommend!
