Regarding our commercial experience, NIR Plumbing has finished over fifty restaurants since we started. We have always been ahead of schedule and have implemented efficient plumbing systems. These systems have proven to be very reliable. We are a comprehensive plumbing service offering leak detection services, drain camera inspections, Line Tracing, and clearing blockages. We are available seven days a week and most holidays, without extra charges. We value our customers, offering savings of 25% to 40% off labor during off-peak times. We also engage in charity work for seniors and offer payment plans with no interest for our seniors.

I developed my work ethic as a ten-year-old helping out in my grandparents' restaurant on weekends, cleaning tables and assisting customers with their requests. I continued this until I was 16 years old. I started delivering newspapers at 12 and worked in that role for a few years. When I was 13 and 14, I took summer breaks to help out at my uncle's welding shop. As a young man, I was my father's trainee in plumbing and shortly thereafter moved to Riverside for the opportunity to work as a plumber in new builds.

I first enrolled in a year-long course at Associated Tech College in San Bernardino, to study plumbing codes, maintenance, and sizing systems. From there, I went to work for Inland Plumbing as an apprentice. Within a year, I was promoted a foreman position, where I was responsible for installing gas systems, drainage, venting, and water services, managing three employees under my direction. I acquired valuable skills during those three years, and I consider my plumbing foundation was built there.
