In terms of our commercial work, NIR Plumbing has serviced over fifty restaurants since we started in 2004. We pride ourselves on completing all contracted work ahead of deadlines; and we have implemented effective plumbing systems. We consider ourselves a full-service shop offering leak detection, drain camera work, line tracing, and clearing stoppages.

We operate seven days a week and on most holidays, at no extra cost. We appreciate our clients and provide discounts of 25% to 40% off labor during off-peak times. We do charitable work for seniors and offer no-interest payment plans for their convenience. I developed my work ethic at the age of ten, by working in my grandparents' restaurant on weekends, where I cleaned tables and assisted customers. I did this until I turned 16; I also worked as a newspaper delivery boy starting at age 12 for a couple of years. During my summer vacations at 13 and 14, I worked in my uncle's welding shop. In my youth, I trained as an apprentice under my father in plumbing, and shortly after, I moved to Riverside for opportunities in residential new construction plumbing.

I enrolled in a year-long program at Associated Tech College in San Bernardino, where I studied plumbing codes, repairs, and system sizing. Following that, I joined Inland Plumbing as an apprentice; within a year, I earned a foreman position. I installed gas systems, drainage, venting, and water services, managing three employees under my supervision. I gained valuable experience during those three years, and I believe my plumbing foundation was built there.
