Regarding our commercial experience, Since our founding in 2004, NIR Plumbing has worked on more than fifty restaurants. We pride ourselves on completing all contracted work ahead of deadlines; and we have established efficient plumbing systems. We consider ourselves a full-service shop offering leak detection, drain camera work, line tracing, and clearing stoppages.

We are available seven days a week and most holidays, with no extra fees. We value our customers and offer significant discounts of 25% to 40% off labor during slower seasons. We also engage in charitable work for some of our senior citizens and provide interest-free payment plans for them. My work ethic was shaped as a ten-year-old boy, working in my grandparents' restaurant on weekends, cleaning tables and assisting customers. I maintained this role until I was 16; at 12, I delivered newspapers for a few years. At ages 13 and 14, during my summer breaks, I worked at my uncle's welding shop. As a young man, I apprenticed under my father in plumbing, and soon after, I moved to Riverside to explore new construction plumbing opportunities.

I enrolled in a year-long program at Associated Tech College in San Bernardino, where I learned plumbing codes, repairs, and system sizing. Following that, I joined Inland Plumbing as an apprentice; within a year, I was promoted to foreman. I installed gas systems, drainage, venting, and water services, managing three employees under my supervision. Those three years provided me with invaluable experience, and I believe my plumbing foundation was built there.
