Regarding our commercial experience, NIR Plumbing has serviced over fifty restaurants since we started in 2004. We pride ourselves on completing all contracted work ahead of deadlines; and we have set up reliable plumbing systems. We operate seven days a week and on most holidays, at no extra cost. We cherish our customers, offering labor discounts ranging from 25% to 40% during slow periods. We also engage in charitable work for some of our senior citizens and provide interest-free payment plans for them. My work ethic was shaped as a ten-year-old boy, working in my grandparents' restaurant on weekends, cleaning tables and assisting customers. I did this until I turned 16; at 12, I was a newspaper delivery boy for a couple of years. At ages 13 and 14, during my summer breaks, I spent time working at my uncle's welding shop. As a young adult, I learned plumbing as my father's apprentice, and shortly after, I moved to Riverside for opportunities in residential new construction plumbing.

I took a year-long plumbing course at Associated Tech College in San Bernardino, where I learned plumbing codes, repairs, and system sizing. After that, I worked as an apprentice at Inland Plumbing; within a year, I earned a foreman position. I handled the installation of gas systems, drainage, venting, and water services, supervising three team members. Those three years provided me with invaluable experience, and I consider that time the foundation of my plumbing career.
