When it comes to our commercial projects, Since our founding in 2004, NIR Plumbing has completed over fifty restaurant plumbing jobs. We pride ourselves on completing all contracted work ahead of schedule; and we have established efficient plumbing systems. We consider ourselves a full-service shop offering leak detection, drain camera work, line tracing, and clearing stoppages.
Our services are available seven days a week and on most holidays, without additional charges. We value our customers and offer significant discounts of 25% to 40% off labor during slower seasons. We do charitable work for seniors and offer no-interest payment plans for our elderly clients.
At the age of ten, I began shaping my work ethic by working weekends in my grandparents' restaurant, cleaning tables and helping customers. I did this until I turned 16; at 12, I was a newspaper delivery boy for a few years. At 13 and 14, I took summer breaks to work at my uncle's welding shop. As a young man, I apprenticed under my father in plumbing and soon moved to Riverside to pursue opportunities in residential new construction plumbing.
I enrolled in a year-long program at Associated Tech College in San Bernardino to study plumbing codes, repairs, and system sizing. After that, I worked as an apprentice at Inland Plumbing, and within a year, I was promoted to foreman. I oversaw the installation of gas systems, drainage, venting, and water services, leading a team of three employees. I learned a great deal in those three years, and I consider that the foundation of my plumbing career.
