December 2017 - I am exceedingly happy with my heater being fixed yesterday. We had gone through another company and had been without consistent heat for 10 days. And the last 5 days, which were the coldest, we had no heat at all. So I finally gave up on the other company and gave Nino a call. He called me back same day, and came out the same day. He not only fixed the heater but did a lot of checking to make sure different functions were working. Our system is a duel system, and takes a little more checking during diagnostic. I would recommend this company 100%.

June 2018 -Just bought a house and on a whim, decided to get the central air and heat checked out by Nino. Thank god I did! The home inspector completely missed the AC leaking oil and not getting cold at all. We used Ninos information to negotiate a full credit from seller to fix.

I had my furnace replaced by a big name company that rhymes with ""beers"". The heater worked fine, but there was some sloppy requiring of the ac unit. First hot week of the year and no ac. After 4 days of arguing with their customer service and getting the run around I just decided to call Nino. Came out within hours and requires the compressor. I never got the feeling that I was being taken advantage of. That was my biggest fear of calling a service tech. Thanks Nino!!

I've used Nino's Plumbing, Heating & AC a few times in the past, each time was a wonderful experience. This most recent visit, Nino was at my house in less than an hour and fixed my home heating system quickly. The heater now works better than it has ever worked before.

Ever since I had bought my house, I had dread calling for assistance or service on appliances in the house (i.e. AC, plumbing, electricity), especially if my dad or brother cannot make it to the appointment. It seems like any individual, I had either called or come over to the house to inspect, had made it seem like I'm such an inadequate homeowner.

However, with Nino, he didn't do that. He made me feel like we've been friends for years. He ensured that I was educated on how to keep up with the AC unit (even the water heater and filters!), and with his guy, they made sure that the unit was in top shape and working appropriately. Also, it was all in the same day! I recommend Nino's to anyone who needs them!

My a/c stopped last Tuesday when it was 112 degrees outside. I had called a couple of places however they didn't have appt anytime soon. Today I took my time & researched yelp reviews for a/ c repairs & found Nino he fit me right in his schedule the same day him & his assistant were great they were very knowledgeable & explained everything to me my air is back up & running with this heat wave we are having. Nino was a life saver! Luckly for us he was in my neighborhood and was at our house in 20 mins this morning. PG &E said we needed to replace 3 air ducks (?) and wanted to charge $900, NIno confirmed only 1 needed a very small repair, did a few other fixed and charged less then 1/2! Very HONEST and that is worth so much! Thank you Nino!!!
