It's hard to find a plumber who you can trust. I really feel like the guys at Ninja are trustworthy and honest.

They were quick to respond to my request for quote, came over the same day, and fixed our bathroom/kitchen clog. All along the way, they provided updates on what they were doing and the associated costs, making sure to get my approval before continuing.

My husband and I recently bought a house with the knowledge that a portion of clay pipe had to be replaced. We called in various plumbing companies, all with good reviews, to give us bids. The first company barely looked at the inspection report, quoted us a low figure, and left after 5 minutes. The second company watched the inspection video and gave us a pretty high figure. When Richard came by, he spent nearly an hour looking at the report, asking questions, and crawling under the house to look around. He quoted us a price in the middle but was able to explain how he got to the figure. We felt like we were getting a solid, well researched bid from a knowledgable plumber, so went with Ninja Plumber.

Unfortunately, we ran into more unforeseen problems when Rich and his crew started digging, but Rich was there to walk us through it and explain what was going on. He spent most of a Saturday helping us figure out the best solution, then spent the next two and a half days working extremely long hours to make sure the job was completed before the next contractor swooped in.

Ninja Plumber is professional and honest. Never did we feel like we were being rushed to make decisions, nor did we ever feel like our decisions were uninformed since they made sure that we understood what was going on.

I am very happy that we have a plumbing company to contact in the future should we need to do so. I highly recommend them!

I've used Ninja plumbing (Richard in particular) twice now and was pleased with his availability and cleanliness. Their pricing is fair and I'd have no issue referring them out just as long as their other guys are as good as Richard.

Called on Saturday because I kept getting the run-a-round from SoCal Gas and Leslie (sp?) was extremely nice to me. At first she was unable to assist me, but she told me she'd call me back if she had anyone open up who come and repair the water heater -- no hot water for more than a week.

1 hour later she called and was able to get someone out within 30 minutes!

Granted, even with the coupon it was a little expensive, but the service was spot on and the customer service was exemplary.

We called Ninja after we noticed our bathtub was backing up. Ariel and Chris showed up as promised. They were able to identify part of the problem and warned us that it might be something else causing it, but they wouldn't know until they repaired the clean out. Once the clean out was repaired, they were able to show us the root (literally) of the problem. Ariel worked with us on pricing for both jobs. Overall it was a great experience and it is clear this company is committed to maintaining long-term clients.

There are no words to express my gratitude... Leslie is, I'm sure, an angel because she took such good care of me. She knew my business was, in effect, shut down until the issues were fixed and she got someone out to me so fast. She kept me informed every step of the way. But it doesn't stop there... Richard Mariani (not sure of spelling) was the plumber who came out and I swear I would have his children if I could!! So patient, and such a positive attitude, it was a real pleasure working with him. All in all, I would highly reccommend Ninja Plumbing!!

We had a great experience with Ninja Plumber. Our plumber, Richard Mariani, was extremely knowledgeable and kind. We had a small gas leak coming from an old pipe leading to our clothes dryer and Richard took care of it with ease. He even showed me a cool trick to finding gas leaks if I ever smell anything again! He also went under the house to make sure nothing was leaking under there and pointed out another area of concern.
I'll have to admit, I was a little skeptical that a company called ""Ninja"" anything could be legit but I'm so glad I read all the positive reviews on these guys and decided to hire them. I will definitely use them again as our ""Ninja"" Richard was awesome!

I requested a plumber to come and provide a quote like 2 weeks ago and I told him its urgent to fix the issue. I been waiting over a 2 weeks for an estimate. I called the office and reminded the secretary that I'm still waiting and she collected my information again. She said she will call me tomorrow. Guess what? It's day 3 and no estimate yet.

Had a leaking toilet bowl due to a crack under the water line. They came out, accurately diagnosed the problem, ordered a new tank for me, and replaced the old one. They were always very nice and courteous, and Leslie was a pleasure to deal with. We did have to reschedule a few times due to problems at the warehouse, but everything worked out well. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Thank you!
