These guys have always been fantastic to work with. We've used them as an HOA for building plumbing problems (usually leaks), and also in our individual unit. Recently, Jonathan and Joshua came out to fix our toilet, which was running in between uses -- it would just start running, mid-day, and then stop. The boys came out, detected the problem, presented a fair price but definitely more involved fix than I expected, and got the job done. In fact, when the problem started up again only days later, Jonathan immediately returned with very little notice to make a few adjustments to his and Joshua's work, no hassle, no complaint, just happy to help us have it done right. Thanks guys!

A few months earlier, Albert was sent out to fix our kitchen sink, which was just a mess. The actual faucet was broken and the disposal was spitting things back up in the other sink. He presented options for parts to replace our old faucent, returned the very next day (nice availability with these guys!), and completely overhauled our kitchen sink with a beautiful new faucet. The disposal was also fixed. And here's the kicker -- in what I thought would be a couple hours of work, Albert was done in like :30-:40 minutes. I couldn't believe it. Really nice young man as well. All the guys are.

Ninja Plumbers were wonderful to work with. They made the long drive out to my house to take care of my plumbing problems. Geovanni was the guy who helped me out and he was so kind and ready to work. He fixed my problem in no time, going above and beyond to advise me on how best to prevent the same problem in the future. I was completely satisfied with my experience and will use again.

I had Ninja Plumbing come out for several plumbing issues. Joshua was our plumber. He was very polite, very understanding that I could only take care of a few of the items, due to budget and was as nice as can be when it came to only doing 1/2 of the work. He was prompt, polite, and did a great job on the sink. I would definitely call Ninja again, and I would ask for Joshua.

On Saturday, November 16 Our Redeemer Lutheran Church's main building had the sewer line back up. Called Ninja Plumping and Joshua was sent out within an hour. Joshua was polite, profesional and very thorough! Look no furthet A++!

Of course, we needed someone on a Sunday...Murphy's Law. Found Ninja via Google and called 'em. Got a nice guy who sent out someone to help root out a clog that was backing up. They got out the BIG rooter and pulled out a huge clump of roots. The charge was $89, however...he never went in a second time to clean out the remaining roots but told us we needed their high-pressure water cleanout at $550, well maybe $450, okay $400. Put the camera up there to show us the clog saying ""well, it'll probably clog up again within a couple of days"". Uh huh. And sure enough...IT DID!! Big surprise. He should have run the rooter a second time and gotten out the rest of the clog; not rocket science. But of course, he went for the bigger bucks.
Y'know what? If you think the job needs high pressure water, either send it out in the first place or certainly DO NOT give the client a variety of prices. Just gives away the fact that it's a scam.
If the high pressure thing is the only thing that works, don't bother with the rooter. Just bring out the truck/trailer with the pressure rig and charge $250. But leave the BS back at the shop.

Ninja Plumber has been my go-to since moving into my first home about 4 years ago. They've fixed toilets, replaced the regulator and valve coming into my house, replaced my water heater, and most recently just replaced all the pipes and fixtures in one bathroom with copper since I still had old, corroding galvanized. They're always courteous, fast and clean and give me straight quotes. Geovanni did this last job and he was super helpful with recommendations and options, explained exactly what they would need to do and what they could and couldn't do when it came to patching up holes they needed to cut. He and his assistant put in about 10 hours on the last day, working in the dark to finish patching up the stucco and clean up in order to finish the job on the day they promised. Extremely happy with these guys and would highly recommend them for big or small jobs.

Working with them has been a bit of a headache, and by a bit- I mean a total migraine. They are getting two stars because the girls who answer the phone are always pleasant, and because the one time they actually came out for the call in question, the technician told me a way I could DIY the project and save money (one star for honesty).

We called a few weeks ago to have them fix a leaky water filter. The tech came out, told me how I could fix it, and boom, done. Well about a week later, the part failed again, so I called to have them come out and just fix it once and for all. They got it on the schedule for the following week (which was too long but whatever). The day comes, and they are supposed to come between 12 and 2. I get a call at 1:45 that they aren't going to make it in time, needs to be between 2 and 4. Ok. Then again- nothing. They didn't show until almost 7, to which at that point I said it was too late in the evening since it's a kitchen repair and we are making dinner and need to reschedule.

I never hear back regarding rescheduling. So I call back this morning at 7:30, they say they'll be able to get someone out today, and they need to call me back within the hour. Hour goes by, nothing, so I call again. They said again, ""just checking something, will call back in five"". Nothing. I call back again (by this time it's 1:00PM) and I'm told that they don't have any availability until next week. Even though first thing in the morning, they said that they did. Anyway. Super disappointed. We had the replace our main line last year which was almost $20,000 and they did a decent job then. Unfortunately the issue is getting them to actually follow through with the appointment.

I typically use Gold Medal Plumbing for anything else, and this just reaffirmed why I will continue to in the future.

Our bathroom sink was backing up, so we called our local plumbing service. They couldn't get to us for another 3 or 4 days. We saw the good ratings for Ninja and gave them a call. It was a positive experience all around. Alondra, who answered the phone and set up the appointment, was friendly and helpful. Giovanni arrived on time (so unusual, in our experience!),checked everything out thoroughly, and explained the exact problem to us. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. Our house is very old, so we ended up spending more than we had planned. But it was worth every nickel because we now have a new p trap and sink strainer (both of which were falling apart), and now the sink is draining perfectly. Geovanni also gave us a short list of recommended upgrades we need to do to improve our plumbing, which we can tackle in stages. We just cannot recommend him and Ninja more highly!
