Had a leak in the front of my home near the sidewalk. Turns out it was coming from the water meter. Andy came to assess the problem. He was very nice, honest, and respectfull. Turns out it was only something that needed to be tightened. So happy it was an inexpensive fix. Will be using ninja plumber in the future and would highly recommend him to my family and friends. My wife and I had a house that we are in process of purchasing inspected by Richard. Richard arrived early and was very polite and professional. He ran into some minor issues because of the age of the house but he was able to get around the obstacles without any issues. He then identified some minor issues with the plumbing and provided us with some recommendations. Overall he was extremely helpful in providing us with the condition of the plumbing. Nobody wants plumbing problems--but if/when they occur--Ninja Plumber is one-stop shopping. I was soooooo fortunate to first check YELP, read a few reviews, then request multiple quotes from several plumbers. Ninja was the first to respond and the first to come out. The operator on the phone was super friendly and accomodating as I needed someone here ASAP. An hour later, Richard showed up--a consummate craftsman and professional. He must have worked for over an hour trying to snake my drain clear when it became apparent it would become a bigger job. Richard not only explained all my options, but showed me via video what exactly the problem was with my pipes. It was obvious the moment he showed up, Richard takes great pride in his work and with dealing with his clients. I'm am beyond confident in his abilities and quality workmanship. Not only that, it's obvious he LOVES what he does for a living. A PLUS PLUS, so glad I chose Ninja out of the half dozen plumbers I requested quotes from. Best Plumber Ever!!

Richard was an incredible sport and did a VERY thorough job. We had a particularly odd and difficult project and he went out of his way to save us money everywhere he could even though it meant several more hours of his time. Had the best experience with this company for hot water heater repair. They responded within 10min and came to house within a half hour.
Edwin was incredible!!!!!! He explained everything and went to get parts right away. Edwin was super polite and very professional!!!!

We are getting ready to sell our house and wanted to be proactive and make sure our sewer line was intact. We found a crack in the sewer line under our driveway. We got a couple of quotes and didn't feel confident in the ability of the plumbers that gave them. I called Ninja Plumber needing another quote and found that the person I spoke to (Jade) was professional and courteous. I made the appointment. They came exactly on time and Mathew was great. He ran the camera and showed me exactly where the crack was. He worked out the numbers and we were very happy with the quote. We gave the go ahead and the job was scheduled a few days later. Mathew was there pretty much the entire time, working with the guys that did the work. Throughout the entire process which took a full day he communicated with us and showed us what they were doing. The sewer guys cleaned up and then the concrete guys came in and packed the hole in our driveway very well and they installed strong rebar and filled it in so it matched the existing concrete. We are very happy with the job done and with Mathew especially. We are also extremely pleased with the warranty given. We would definitely use Ninja Plumber again. Thanks guys!
