Niko was incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a kitchen sink clog that had plagued us for weeks. We finally gave in and decided to call a plumber.

Niko was able to come the next day and accommodated with my schedule. He communicated with us often and when he arrived was warm and friendly. He even made sure to take extra care when bringing the equipment upstairs so as to not damage our flooring.

Niko was able to clear up the issue quickly and provide us with tips on how to better maintain our pipes. He did not push any additional services or products on us and was happy to help us with the exact problem we called him for.

I will definitely come back to Niko with future plumbing needs and recommend him to others in the tri-valley area.
