Highly, highly recommend. This is our first house and we are still learning a lot about basic maintenance. When our hot water heater gave out, I realized that we didn't know where the actual shut off valve was, etc, etc. And of course this happened on a Sunday. My husband and I called over ten plumbers and Niko is the only one who reliably communicated with us. He let me text him late at night with plumbing questions and came out first thing the next morning after teaching me via text what to shut off in the house. After diagnosing the problem, he and a colleague fixed our old pipes, and replaced the hot water heater for an incredibly reasonable price, and things are working great! I highly recommend him- he did a great job, he educated us on our plumbing in literally the nicest way possible, and he was very easy to communicate with. We will use his services again.

I called Niko when another company gave my mother an astronomical estimate telling her she needed a whole new curb trap going out to the street.
He came and assessed my situation and told me I just needed to replace part of the collapsed pipe. He was very honest and saved us so much money. Will definitely be using him for our needs in the future
