I contacted Nikki's plumbing to get an estimate about 2 weeks before I was to replace my toilet.
I told them I would supply a specific type of toilet and they gave me an estimate for that particular type.
When I ordered and received the toilet, I called them to tell them it was here.
At that time, they decided not to replace the toilet because they said they were old people and could not lift it.
I was surprised because they knew what I was ordering the toilet and agreed to do the work.

I was so impressed with Nikki's reviews that I called her to have a leaking bathtub faucet repaired. She did not send her own employee but a plumber who primarily installs water heaters purchased at a major hardware chain. He was older and accompanied by a young helper. He evaluated the situation then left to get a replacement valve stem. Upon return he couldn't get the valve to turn on/off in the right direction. More than six times he had the helper turn off the water and each time the helper tracked rain water and dirt across our white carpet. He wore paper shoe covers but didn't bother to remove them each time compounding the mess. The plumber realized he had the wrong valve stem, returned later with another and the circus was repeated two or more times before the installation was complete. If I had known that Nikki was not sending her own employee, I would never have done business with her. And I will not in the future!

I called Nikki's Plumbing after another company told me I needed to replace my entire toilet. Her service men came out and did their assessment and let me know that there was no need to replace the toilet, and they fixed the issue. It ended up costing so much less than I anticipated! I'm really thankful for the honesty and integrity the company showed when providing service for my home. I would definitely recommend you call for any of your plumbing needs!

Showed up for 10 mins, did not diagnose the problem with my water hearer, and tried to charge me $175 for coming out. I negotiated it down to $125, but had to call out a different plumber the next day to actually figure out the issue with my water heater. I was told I'd be refunded the $125 but never was.

Terrific service, got my (not emergency) leak repaired quickly! I called at 8am they were here before noon. Keith and Jordan came out and we're just great, really good people & good plumbers. They also checked out another possible problem, and let me know there was no reason to replace the faucet, real honest people. I will continue to use Nikki's for all of my plumbing, repair & replacement. I'm so glad I found them, I looked at reviews in a few places and decided to try Nikki's plumbing, a great decision!

Just incredible service. Super responsive, reliable, professional and very good at what they do. I had a broken garbage disposal and within 30 minutes my problem was fixed. Can't rave about them enough, don't bother going anywhere else!

Nikki was responsive, timely and professional! She replaced a bathroom faucet and pipes under the sink where our A/C drip pan flows to from attic. She was in and out and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

We had a brand new sink that needed to be installed and Nikki did a wonderful job with it! It looks beautiful and it's working very well! She came the next day after being contacted and did the job in a timely manner. She also helped us with our dryer vent issue and was a huge help! I would most definitely recommend her services!
