Showed up for 10 mins, did not diagnose the problem with my water hearer, and tried to charge me $175 for coming out. I negotiated it down to $125, but had to call out a different plumber the next day to actually figure out the issue with my water heater. I was told I'd be refunded the $125 but never was.

Terrific service, got my (not emergency) leak repaired quickly! I called at 8am they were here before noon. Keith and Jordan came out and we're just great, really good people & good plumbers. They also checked out another possible problem, and let me know there was no reason to replace the faucet, real honest people. I will continue to use Nikki's for all of my plumbing, repair & replacement. I'm so glad I found them, I looked at reviews in a few places and decided to try Nikki's plumbing, a great decision!

Just incredible service. Super responsive, reliable, professional and very good at what they do. I had a broken garbage disposal and within 30 minutes my problem was fixed. Can't rave about them enough, don't bother going anywhere else!

Nikki was responsive, timely and professional! She replaced a bathroom faucet and pipes under the sink where our A/C drip pan flows to from attic. She was in and out and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Two words: Highly Recommended. My dishwasher began to overflow indicating there was something wrong with the washer or drainline. I called Nikki. While out, she also looked at two other issues, I'd put off: a loose faucet in one bathroom and the replacement in another. Everything is working now. Highly communicative, on time, provided great advice. More than fair price for the work. Would definitely call on again or recommend.

As a single female, I felt super comfortable having her work in my house, she is absolutely approachable and doesn't make you feel like an idiot for having no idea what is going on. She is very meticulous and very good at explaining exactly what will need to happen and how long the work will take. She is more than reasonable cost wise and I feel like her work is way above and beyond what I have received from other plumbers in the past.
