Mike removed an old bathroom sink faucet and replaced it with a new one. He encountered some complex challenges in the process due to the fact that I live in an old building with the original pipes that are problematic. Using his extensive experience and a big dose of creativity, he diagnosed what appeared to be an intractable problem and resolved it beyond my expectations. In addition to the bathroom sink, Mike also worked on my kitchen sink faucet that had been poorly installed and leaked. He quickly diagnosed the problem and worked diligently on fixing it. He has a pleasant persona and is an excellent communicator.

I was completely satisfied with the end results and would highly recommend Mike if you have a plumbing problem that needs top-notch results.

Well, as an update - the problem returned - they had already let me know the pipes really needed a hydrojet treatment. BUT until things could be arranged for next steps, Mike came by to try and help with a sludge treatment one more time. It was late at night and he was just trying to help out and didn't charge extra. THAT is customer service! Bravo.

We had an old galvanized pipe behind sheetrock burst and Mike returned my call within 2 hours, and Chan arrived within a half-hour of the call. He stayed late into the evening on Sunday to replace the galvanized pipe with a copper pipe and cleaned up really well before he left. He and Mike are total lifesavers!!

timely response. honest appraisals. and delivered on their work. even came out 2 more times to make sure everything was good. the only downside i would give is they did not send me the invoice until i paid. even though i requested the invoice be provided before paid.

Excellent service, and very quick! I called Mike when the toilet started backing up into the shower, and he came out right away. He diagnosed the problem, called for an extra large snake, and they were able to clear it out in just a few minutes. Awesome service, super friendly, very knowledgeable, and well priced. Our building's handyman came by to fix a broken toilet and made the problem worse. Enter Mike- incredibly nice, fast, and made sure the different issues were solidly addressed before he left.
