I have used this company many times and Steve has always offered me fair pricing and superior customer service and workmanship. I am not much of a reviewer (this is my first ever) but today he made a call to my elderly aunt and the level of compassion and consideration he showed for an embarrassing issue was incredible. True pillar of the community. Had to put it out there publically. Shout out to Nightowl! Highly recommend!!

I called Steve to get an estimate for some work needed at the house. We are renovating the kitchen so all the wall were still in place. The estimate he provided was fair so I scheduled the work. When he arrived on the scheduled date he realized the work was easier than anticipated. He completed his job and only charged me for the time he was here and materials used even though it was significantly lower than the estimate.

He is a friendly guy and for both appointments showed up on time. I will use him in the future and recommend him to my real estate clients.

My husband and I gave Steve about $5200 of plumbing business. He is an unfriendly, lazy, and careless plumber. He created three leaks in my bathroom with the toilet, and two sinks simply because he neglected to tighten down my toilet tank bolt and other bolts properly.

Steve came back multiple times to fix issues he created, but does not take responsibility by saying sorry for the mess the water all over my vanity and floor created. He likes to blame anything but himself.

He also adds 20% fee on top of materials he orders from supply house, so beware, do not order through him. Lastly, have a written contract with him if you choose to go down a rocky road with this man. He tries to overcharge for services that we had a verbal agreement on. Very dishonest and completely unfriendly. I would stay far away.

Night Owl Plumbing is our go-to for all of our plumbing needs. The owner, Steve, is incredibly professional, skilled and willing to go above and beyond. He has always answered our calls promptly and showed up the same day to fix our issue. He recently came to our house on a Sunday and didn't charge us for the service because he said it was a minor fix. His pricing is very fair and I always feel as though he is trying to save us as much money as possible. Steve has expertly fixed all of our plumbing problems on many occasions and we will continue to work with him for years to come.

Night owl plumbing provided some very basic sump pump installation service, and kitchen water valve shut-off service. Unfortunately, they were not able to solve my hot water heater problems, and shortly after leaving my property, the water completely stopped flowing to my home. When I asked the plumber, (he did not resemble Steve) to complete the job, he refused, and demanded payment for his prior incompetence. I don't pay people for incomplete, poorly done jobs. Because of Nightowl, I was completely without water for several days, until Lowe's hardware store, and EZ plumbing came to the rescue, replaced the hot water heater, serviced the water softener, and repaired the switch on the well pump. Clearly the plumber from Nightowl, who serviced my home missed some very critical issues. Despite all of this, he left me handwritten invoices that exceeded $600.00, for shoddy labor, and misdiagnosed problems. Now he is harassing my elderly mother who lives in Texas, with threats of a summons, and a lien on a home that she does not own. Don't hire these people. They are shady, opportunistic, abusers.

I hired Night Owl to replace my water heater. Steve came out that same day without any extra charge. When it turned out I needed some electrical work before the tank could be replaced, he came back out when it was done--in the evening, again without an emergency charge. Great service, reasonable prices, and it was super convenient to have him in after work. Highly recommend!

Ok, so plumbers and mechanics are the ones you always expect to scr#w you over. After calling my friends and finding they didn't have any plumbers in the area they were happy with, I randomly called Night Owl Plumbing. I spoke with the owner, Steve, he had me txt him a couple pictures of the issue and he told me how to mitigate the gushing water. Moments later the response txt was ""I'm on my way!"" This was at 9 at night. Steve came out stopped the leak, gave me an estimate and returned the next day with the needed parts. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and went right to work. He finished fast and then told me it was easier than expected and it would cost me about half of what was expected! When was the last time someone charged you less??? My experience was outstanding; not that I ever want to have another plumbing issue, but it's nice to know I've got a plumber to call that I can trust
