We've been having hot water problem for months and we can't determine the cause. Nigel tested all our water faucet and the length of time the water gets warm. He determined that it was caused by the leak from our shower head. He ordered the parts and couple of days later he came back and fixed it. We now have hot water in our house. Thank you Nigel. You've done a great work. I will call him again if I ever encounter plumbing issues.

Nigel worked with our amazing tile guy Frank O'Reilly to redo a small second bathroom. Nigel and crew moved out the old fixtures, moved pipes, and reinstalled everything while keeping everything clean and professional. It's nearly impossible to get service contractors to show up in our town. Even if they show up, they often don't return to actually complete the work. So, when I needed to replace a few toilets and install a whole house water filter, I was anxious about finding anyone to do the job. I was referred to Nigel by a friend and I have to say, I was very impressed. He showed up on time, made a quick survey of the job and provided an estimate the same day. 2 days later the first job was complete and all of the work perfect. They just finished installing the whole house water filter and again, everything went very smoothly and the work is top notch. I would recommend Nigel to anyone without reservation.

We added a 1/2 bath in a former hall closet of our old Victorian apartment. It was not the easiest job, but these guys built the bathroom to last, with minimal disruption to my neighbors.

Mervin is a really skilled builder, professional, clean, and quick. Nigel is also a pleasure to deal with. Very fair in pricing.

Nigel and his crew of Mervin and Julio did an EXCELLENT job installing the rough plumbing for our new half bath. They were on time, curtious, and extremely professional. Nigel was one of three plumbing contractors we recieved quotes from, and although not the lowest, he was competitive with the other two (within a few hundred dollars), with the caveat that final bill might be lowered depending upon the difficulty of the project. He also assured us that the price would NOT increase. When we received the final bill, we were shocked that it was 27% lower than the initial quote! I would recommend Nigel and his gang to anyone that wants to renovate their bathroom, kitchen, utility room, etc. He was a delight to work with and will be our first call if we decide to renovate our main bathroom.

Great service at a great price. They can do of small jobs and large. They fixed a number of small issues (e.g. running toilet) as well as replacing the main water line to the street and replaced part of our sewer line due to construction of a retaining wall. Nigel and his guys did a great job. He was thorough, reasonably priced and completely respectable. I did not hesitate to leave the guys in my house as I left for work. They covered the floors as not to ruin my new hardwoods, they were very polite and they did the job in the time frame he said they wood. I would not hesitate to get a quote and use him. Its always fun to hear the Irish brogue on the phone as well

Can't say enough about how great this guy is. I had an issue with a leak from a valve to my radiant floor heating, which I was wrestling with for 2 weeks...He assessed and resolved the problem, honestly, in less than 1 minute. Get this for integrity & honest business; he happened to have a second job in the area, so he didn't even charge me! If you need a plumber, look no further. He's the best around.
