These guys are legit. Our tankless water heater(Noritz) went down at the restaurant. Hit up Nigel Mulgrew(Andrew) and he went out of his way to help me diagnose it via phone, even though they couldn't get somebody out for a week or so. Turns out it was a fuse. Noritz's distributer couldn't get it to us overnight due to it being past 4pm on a Friday. We called another plumber to come and make sure it was a fuse(confirmed), but they couldn't get ahold of the part. No bueno. So I hit Andrew back up and although they were to slammed to make it out themselves they kicked me the needed part for said other plumber to install. Andrew even offered to drop it off on his way through the city to another job. Amazing.

Bottom line they are on time, fast, friendly, skilled, helpful, fair, and seem to be a very fair price based on my research of different plumbing companies for estimates. They just replaced my water heater today and now I have a very good quality Made in USA Bradford White brand water heater with brass drain and pressure valves (not cheap plastic) installed for less than the big box stores wanted for a mediocre water heater with their anonymous installation. Joel the plumber who came out today to do the work was patient with my questions, and did a very nice job on all the fittings and pipes and drain lines.

We've been having hot water problem for months and we can't determine the cause. Nigel tested all our water faucet and the length of time the water gets warm. He determined that it was caused by the leak from our shower head. He ordered the parts and couple of days later he came back and fixed it. We now have hot water in our house. Thank you Nigel. You've done a great work. I will call him again if I ever encounter plumbing issues.

Nigel worked with our amazing tile guy Frank O'Reilly to redo a small second bathroom. Nigel and crew moved out the old fixtures, moved pipes, and reinstalled everything while keeping everything clean and professional. They were on time, made sure everything passed inspection and were very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

It's nearly impossible to get service contractors to show up in our town. Even if they show up, they often don't return to actually complete the work. So, when I needed to replace a few toilets and install a whole house water filter, I was anxious about finding anyone to do the job. I was referred to Nigel by a friend and I have to say, I was very impressed. He showed up on time, made a quick survey of the job and provided an estimate the same day. 2 days later the first job was complete and all of the work perfect. They just finished installing the whole house water filter and again, everything went very smoothly and the work is top notch. I would recommend Nigel to anyone without reservation.

We added a 1/2 bath in a former hall closet of our old Victorian apartment. It was not the easiest job, but these guys built the bathroom to last, with minimal disruption to my neighbors.

Mervin is a really skilled builder, professional, clean, and quick. Nigel is also a pleasure to deal with. Very fair in pricing.

I will use them for all plumbing construction in the future. No need to ever get quotes from other people.
