We have had Niebuhr come out for several issues. I have to say that for the plumbing issue they were fine. But I will not ever have them come back for HVAC. The first time they came to fix our furnace they did not properly fix it and had to come back several times later to fix their mistakes. They also messed up our thermostat. My husband ended up fixing that.

They also came out to look at an AC unit and quoted us a ridiculously high price. We decided to wait on getting it fixed because we couldn't afford it. Just had a different contractor come out today and they fixed it easily. They told us it looked ""fishy"" and that certain valves that shouldn't be turned off were off. The way they made it sound makes me wonder what the heck Niebuhr was up to when they came out the first time. In the end, after my interactions with them I just don't know if I can trust them, so we will not be calling them back.

Niebuhr plumbing is great to work with, and TONY BERG is the best!! Big heart, thinking all the time what might make life easier for you in your home. Yes, those things cost money, but in the long run, his ideas improve your home's function.

I have had two projects at the rental house I am in an unfortunately both occasions saw this plumbing company late by days, disorganized, and not timely.

Work was finally completed well but lack of reliability was overwhelming.

Amazing service. I needed emergency service on a Saturday. I called in the morning and had someone out the next hour. He was thorough and knew exactly what was wrong. Quick fix and haven't had a problem since. Customer service from office staff and Plummer was AMAZING. Will call you guys first always!!

I called at 7am this morning because my pipes are frozen in our mobile home. The lady I spoke to said someone would be here today, and they'd call when they were on their way. 3 hours later, they called to tell me to call someone else because they ""really don't do mobile homes."" The woman knew we had a mobile home when I called, and now we're stuck in the middle of the day with no other plumber answering, and no water. I could not be less impressed with the customer service and lack of professionalism of this company, and would not recommend them.

Each year they do our tune up on our furnace and A/C unit. They do an excellent job. Niebuhr saved a bundle and a major heartache after we had a no-name company put in our current Heating and A/C unit several years ago and it went down. They came out and were able to fix the problem without having to replace anything. They also were and are very professional.

This plumbing company was hired thru American Home Shield. We called to have our water heater and our AC checked out. They came out the next day and took care of the water heater and did a great job. They told us they needed to wait for warmer weather for the AC. The weather warmed up they called told me they would be out to look at the AC they wanted to come out on a Friday I had appointments already that day so we set it up for the following Monday. They never showed up and never called. I had to contact American Home Shield again and requested a different company to come out. I gave them 2 stars because they did fix the water heater issue.

Very helpful and efficient. Carries lots of supplies in truck to save trips to warehouse and knowledgeable of the problem we were having with our shower system. Really nice guy and will definitely call again for any future plumbing problems.

Really enjoyed the beginning to end of my problem. The office was direct and asked the right questions. Derek the technician who came out was transparent in how and what he was going to fix my problem. He worked efficient and went over what he could accomplish. Not sure how the bill will be charged yet so I can't rate that yet for trip charge/hour of service for a quick repair so we'll see what happens.
