C S.I had Nicolopoulos look at my central A/C unit a couple of months ago. After a $900 service bill, they told me that the unit was no good! After they replaced parts (without my knowledge), it still wouldn't work. They wouldn't take back the parts because they were now ""used"". So, I was left with a ""non-fixable"" A/C unit with brand new parts and an awful taste in my mouth. I showed the invoice on the town wide website and the conclusion was ""never call them again"". Consensus was that the technicians sent to my house didn't know what they were doing and I paid the price.
