Purchased a dishwasher thru Lowe's with installation; Nickson Home Service their installer of choice. I read the reviews with other's previous experiences and had reservations and expected the worst but they came out and it was an excellent experience so I may just depend on the installers you have. My team was lead lead by Ray and they couldn't have been nicer. They were on time, polite and install was perfect.

Installer for Lowes dishwasher, they, and in particular Derek, were fantastic! Cannot say enough good things about this man who, through no fault of his own, had to install 3 different Frigidaire dishwashers until the 4th one (whirlpool) actually worked. Prompt, patient, neat, dishwasher a great job every time he visited. Derek is awesome @

We purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's Pottstown, including delivery, installation and take away, Nickson got the install. Dishwasher came incomplete, missing the drain hose, they took it back to Lowe's. After a conversation with Lowe's management it was decided an off the shelf hose would fix the problem. Dickson came back out, the tech said straight up the hose was wrong, it was. We kept the dishwasher and waited for a resolution to the issue. In steps Nina and Stefanie, hope I spelled that right, of Nickson, and they tried to get Lowe's to get us the correct hose. They went above and beyond the call of duty, thank you ladies. One week later and nothing is happening, so I call Appliance Manager Jay at Lowe's Pottstown, the person Nina and Stefanie have been talking to, and he proceeds to me he doesn't know what I'm talking about. I hang up after being on hold for 26 minutes. Meanwhile I've researched the hose on-line and purchase it from E-Bay. Hose is delivered 3 days later, dishwasher installed 2 days later, very professionally and quickly. Because of Lowe's Pottstown it took most of four weeks from purchase to install. But Dickson did themselves proud.

Had these guys install a new microwave for me. Chuck did a great job with the installation, took special care of cabinet trim we had, cleaned up after the drilling, etc. He was professional and a nice man. Overall a good experience.

I was dreading the installation of our dishwasher based on these reviews, but it went fine. Two young men came right in the window of time we were told to expect, efficiently removed the old dishwasher, studied the set-up, and efficiently installed the new one. We did not receive a call prior to their arrival, but otherwise, everything was fine.

This company was contracted to install a dishwasher that we purchased thru Costco.
The dishwasher and delivery (From another Firm) went very well. The nightmare started when the 2 man from Nickson arrived, they immediately attempted to sell me a $150 replacement valve, that was not needed, to feed the dishwasher.
After the removed my existing dishwasher is when the nightmare started. They damaged the new drain hose and the power cord they supplied was too short. When they finally got the dishwasher running the drain hose leaked where they cut the hose and damaged my hardwood floor.
At this point, they were frustrated and pulled the unit out scratching my hardwood floor and realized that the damage to drain line was not repairable. At this point, they left and told me that needed a new drain hose , leaving the leaking dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen, never to return. I hade to wait 3 weeks for a replacement and I ended up installing the unit myself.
If you buy a dishwasher from any big box store and install tion is included and you get a call from Nickson home services, run, run , runaway
Fast.
I gave them 1 star because the site would allow no stars.

Purchased a dishwasher from Lowe's and Nickson installed it. Delivery, installation, and haul away were prompt and well- done. The tech, Gary, even gave me a rundown on how to operate it and clean the filter. Only one issue - dispatch never called to say the original appointment was postponed due to a snowstorm. I had to take the initiative and call to reschedule.

We ordered a new dishwasher from Costco and they used Nickson for installation. We received a call the night before, and the guys were on time. Installation was quick and correct and I couldn't be happier.

if you buy from lowes or costco, they use this service company, request your own plumber or install company, theyll give you a credit of $150-$200.00 have your own installer, very unreliable, the ladies are very nice, but absolutely useless. they subbed out my job to another installation clown from monmouth junction, that never showed up or had the decency to return my calls
