Nick's Sewer and Drain, AKA Drain Doctors, sent 2 men out to try and unclog a basement floor drain. They could not get thru it so they said they would have to use their camera to see what the issue was at a price of over $300!! I reluctantly agreed, they could not see anything, but supposedly located the issue under the concrete basement floor. I had a plumber come out the next day to tear up the floor, but no pipes were even found at or near that spot! I asked for a refund or another locate, but they said I would have to pay for that. Do not use this company! much better and cheaper companies out there. Found another who located the issue for far less. It was outside the house. Wasted time and money with them!!!
