Can't be happier with their service!!! I had a problem with my clogged kitchen drain and my real estate agent referred me to Nick's Plumbing. I contacted them on Sunday and they responded immediately. Nick walked me through a few different steps to unclog the drain to save me a couple hundred dollars. He was very honest and straightforward. Very impressive.

Did a nice job installing water heater, but overtightened shower valves when they bled the system. Result was water everywhere. They wanted to charge me to repair. Ended up fixing it myself rather than risk them breaking something else.

Nick and his co-worker were great. Very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, responded quickly and very fair pricing. I called several plumbers and they were trying to jerk me around. I got ahold of Nick and he was very upfront and went the extra mile, was very genuine I would definitely use again. My parents desperately needed help and have somewhat of a language barrier but Nick came through and was very respectful. Great company.

Our sewer line in our laundry room backed up with feces and god knows what! We were getting quotes from different places and some were not available, some were overpriced and some was charging us diagnostics fee ($49-$79 to just look at the problem and the only time they will waive it is if we use them). We stumbled to Nicks due to the stars and reviews on yelp and Google. Let me tell you he did a phenomenal job! We called him on the day off and came within an hour or so. He doesn't charge for an estimate fee. Since we are new to the area/home we didn't know to much about our home. He took his time and went above and beyond told us the ""skeleton"" of our home. Showed how our pipes are, even drew it on a piece of paper, did some measurements, and literally explain it to us. Didn't feel pressured. He gave us his estimate and was even kind enough to give us time to think about it, went to his van and came back. Gave us a flat rate. He was with his employee Todd and he is also good! Both are very knowledgeable and knows what they are doing! Reassurance, tips and advice were given. He is very affordable! Great customer service! Can't go wrong with him and Todd! We highly highly recommend!

Definitely recommend this company. Nick is great. I called because I was having problems in the laundry room with the floor pipe overflowing. He gave me a few tips and recommendations. After trying what he recommended it was going to require him to come out and check it. He was quick to reply and came the next morning. They arrived on time and took care of the problem. They worked quickly in getting the problem resolved. I'm extremely happy with the service provided.

Nick was extremely prompt in responding to our late evening plumbing emergency in giving us an idea via pictures what he would need to do and when he could do it. He came out the next morning, replaced a large portion of piping, snaked a length of pipe causing issues, and in general went above and beyond. He worked far past what the original expected time was for this job. Not only did he complete the work but he was patient to answer all of our additional questions and give us valuable info on preventing future issues. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Can not recommend highly enough.
