I was employed at a local plumbing firm for over ten years at a local plumbing company, where I served as the head plumber. All my work comes with a guarantee.

With a knack for fixing things and a mechanical mindset, the repair industry was the right choice for me. Since launching my business in 2014, I have successfully helped over 2,000 customers! A total waste of time. Terrible experience. Avoid if you can.
I first scheduled an appointment with him. He showed up 2 hours late and charged me $50 for diagnosis.
We then scheduled another appointment one week later for the actual fix. It was 30 minutes after our scheduled time and I called him, he said he couldn't come and asked to reschedule. So instead of him telling me ahead of time, I had to take time off work, wait at home and call him just to know that he couldn't come.
But anyway we rescheduled to the following week. This time he not only didn't show up, but also didn't reply to my texts, or answer my phone calls, or call me back.
So overall it was a terrible experience, and a wast of time, and I lost $50 for nothing, plus now I need to look for another handyman.

I called for a leaking toilet and he had an appointment for that same day, which sounded great. He showed up two hours late without notifying me of the delay. When he finally did show up, he replaced the seal on the pipe. $150 later, my toilet started leaking again... Called another plumber who said that it had not been repaired properly...Would defiantly not recommend this plumbing service.

Only thing I can say is he answered his phone. So gave this business 1 star. Aside from that Nick asked me to send him some pics and he would get back to me that same day, didn't happen. Texted him back next day to follow up and no response at all. I figured he might not be interested or his busy.

Nick did a good job on installing some shelves and medicine cabinets. He also helped us with some plumbing work..

Nick did an excellent job repairing my down stair closet that had been damaged due to a water leak. He held to his initial quote and did the work with a smile. Him and Joel were very clean and made my closet look better than even before. I would highly recommend Nick and team for any drywall repair.

3 star for great service and not so great price.
My gas water heater could not be lighted. Nick was able to come over at the same day, explained his diagnose clearly and changed thermocouple very quickly. Excellent job!
I don't know the market price for changing thermocouple. I was charged $225 for that. I feel like it's over-priced, but I maybe wrong. Just FYI for other customers.

Nick fixed the problem and told me how I can prevent it from happening again. I did have to call him 2-3 times because he didn't turn up at the time he was supposed to come, but he did apologies and was courteous.His charges for a slow drain kitchen sink were less than other quotations I had taken.

Scheduled an appointment based on the good reviews here. HOWEVER, Not a good experience overall. Don't know why others are giving high reviews. Maybe he is treating new customers differently? I needed two ceiling lights installed and change remote for a ceiling fan. Nick charged $200 for installing and 100 for diagnosis. First I think this is high compared to others. Additionally, He said one of my wire is not working, and said he cannot fix it without opening the wall. But one of the wire is actually working! (I checked this the day before and told him that myself). I am not sure if he just doesn't want to spend too much time on me or he is not capable of figuring it out. So if I didn't check it myself , I would be tricked. This is what I cannot tolerate no matter what.
There is one good thing. It's same day schedule, but I don't think it's worth it considering the risks. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Forgot to write this review, but he definitely deserves one so better late than never. We had an urgent issue on a weekend a few months ago. I called Nick and he was able to come by right away and fix it. He was very professional, honest and trustworthy. I'd definitely give him a call again.

If only 0 stars were an option, I would choose that. Nick is the most unprofessional tasker I have ever dealt with. I initially reached out to him 4 days ago trying to schedule him for a plumbing emergency I noticed moving into my new house. Our schedules didn't allow for him to arrive the first day, so we tried again for the next day. He is the worst communicator and will leave you hanging without any courtesy notice. He does not value his potential customers time and selfishly is consumed in his own issues. I'm sure he does great work at his convenience whenever he wants to make money, but when there is an emergency that can't wait for him to decide if that day is a day he feels like working, then you are better off going with any of the hundred other handymen who are willing to accommodate your job. It has been 4 days now and he has yet to commit to fixing my issues. It's time to move on to a real professional. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. KEEP IT MOVING.
