Nick's Plumbing and Rehab LLC was a No call, no show after making an appointment with me the night before. Then when I called at the appointment time, he said oh "" I need to cancel, something else came up "" and immediately hung up in my face. No real concern or even rescheduling of the appointment. I had paid someone to meet him there at the appointment time. This is extremely unprofessional and inconvenient.
When I called, it sounded like I woke him from his sleep, and that was the ""something "" that came up. I would have been more understanding if he was remorseful and rescheduled as life happens, but this is unacceptable behavior in the service industry. Everyone's time is important.

Sorry, I cannot recommend this business.

I was looking for a plumber on short notice for my lukewarm water in the shower who would service the West Suburbs. I got several replies back but felt comfortable with Nick's Plumbing & Rehab LLC. His response and availability was a quick turnaround and he fixed the problem in minutes. He did not overcharge or over complicate the problem which is a definite plus for me. I will be saving his info for future plumbing services. Highly recommend!
