The job was to replace the 80 Gallon propane water heater that was connected to a radiant heat floor system. On the first day of the job, we were trying to beat the rain predicted for that day. He opened the water heater hose line and shut off all the valves to empty the tank. It took a very long time. The rains increased and we had to abandon the job because the house is on a dirt road. When he returned a week later I had already shut off the water coming into the house and emptied the tank. He arrived at 1:30 and worked to about 8:00 that night. He was also helpful moving some of the extra things we had taken out of the laundry area, like the sink and some closet doors, to put it into my garage. I had helped him the entire day. As the job got closer to being finished, I began compiling tools and parts so that when it was completed we could quickly load his truck and leave. The next day, when the property manager's office opened, I notified them the job was done. The property manager said the renter complained it wasn't working. Nick returned and it was working properly. Yeah!

Can't speak highly enough of Nick. We needed to replace an AC unit for my mom - in the middle of a heat wave!
Nick made the time to see what could be done in the least amount of time possible for a reasonable cost.
Within a week we were able to get a new split unit delivered and installed.
My mom is happy and comfortable, and we are very grateful for Nick's kindness and professionalism.
