I have utilized their services twice so far in the past month - one time for an emergency hot water heater issue that occurred on a Friday afternoon - and he was one of the only plumbers to quickly respond and agree to come by. And he also came for a second appointment which was scheduled as part of an annual maintenance/inspection program that I signed up for.
Overall, Nick was friendly and patiently explained all the details of the systems he was working on and gave recommendations for how to prevent future issues.
He also takes advantage of technology to make his business run more efficiently - by utilizing a system that texts/emails you to confirm appointments, notify you when he is on his way and when he has arrived, and even provides the invoices online for easy access.
