Nick is a nice man. He did a great job on one of my rentals. Old shower assembly was dripping, unable to shut off completely. Completely replaced the valve and shower head and pipes. Also replaced swamp cooler water feeder nylon hose with copper tubing, was also leaking.

I have never seen Nick in person. Nick was never hired to do any work on anything anywhere. He never went out for the estimate and never responded to any of my communication. Also, it took Nick 4 years to make up his response posted today. Thank God I never hired him.

We hired Nick to do several projects here at our residence. Each Time got harder and harder for communication as he would not return phone calls. I didn't understand this as I gave him a bonus each time he finished each job. After a few weeks of phone calls that we made to him to finish the jobs that he started, he never came back. We had to hire another to finish these jobs. As a result we cannot recommend Nick for any work, Sorry. Regard, JDL

I met Nick just after I purchased my recent rental property. I was having trouble finding someone to come out and do the various repairs I needed done. Nick answered the phone and was at the house before I could get there. He gave me by far the best pricing of any competing bids and his work was excellent. I called him back a number of times over the past year to fix things as they come up. He makes my tenants happy and he gives me fantastic pricing. His work is outstanding and he is absolutely dependable.

He and his wife recently had another child. He is a good family and an overall excellent handyman/plumber. I never have to call him out to re-fix something because he didn't get it right the first time. He is a life-saver.
