I have been using Nick's plumbing for over 15 years. They have done everything from unclog a drain to re pipe my entire house and everything in between. I have not once had a dissatisfying encounter with them. Hector was my most recent technician out to help me and he was nothing but efficient and professional. I've recommended Nicks dozens of times and will continue to so. Every tech I've ever worked with has always been awesome. Thanks guys and keep setting the bar higher.

Had used Nick's for my water heater replacement in 2008 and was very satisfied. When it came time to replace my kitchen sink faucet, I called Nick's. They wanted to charge a WHOPPING $329.00 to change out the faucet. This did not include the faucet. The plumber told me that they wouldn't warranty the replacement because I bought my own faucet! Who doesn't pick out their own faucet??
I have other estimates for $150 and $180 and neither told me they wouldn't warranty the work. Apparently Nick has to OVERCHARGE SIGNIFICANTLY to pay for their fancy trucks or something because they used to be a decent company with reasonable prices. Now they are just another outrageous plumbing company who doesn't even warranty their own work!

Had a very difficult leak by the meter. Sven came out, provided options, was able to save me hundreds of dollars and do it in the same day. Fantastic work, wouldn't use anybody else in the heights area.

Unreliable services. I phoned Nick's and was told someone would get back with me same day. Hours later I received a phone call stating all plumbers were out on jobs. Lucky for us I didn't have an emergency, so they said someone would go out the following day at 1pm. The following day same excuse after I rearranged my day waiting for them. I then asked Nick's what is the best time for them. The lady dispatcher stated Monday first thing. It's now Monday at noon and no plumber, or phone call. This is obviously not a good business practice. Nick's Plumbing and Sewer Services could have gained a new loyal customer, but after this experience I must tell anyone reading my experience not to use their services unless you like waiting, or wondering if they are arriving.
A plumber finally made it out to my residence 7 hours LATER. He did apologize, and asked to give them a second chance after we informed him we had to find another plumber.

All I can say is -- Hector's the man! He came to the house yesterday on time and solved the plumbing issues that we've been dealing with for the past year. He offered helpful advice in addition to cleaning the areas he worked on. Happy New Year!

I highly recommend Nicks Plumbing & Sewer Service. I was really impressed with the service person that helped me with my many issues. The most important thing today is honesty and I feel like they were. I called several plumbers and most of them didn't even have the courtesy of returning my calls.

This is my second time using Nick's plumbing for a few home needs here in the Heights area. Had Fred S. during my latest service request; He was very efficient with the job, honest, willing to explain things in detail, and was a pleasure to have around. Highly recommend this company and this plumber in particular!

The service man was very professional and showed up n time. The job was performed well and super fast.
I am very unhappy with the standard charge they had for their services as it was HiGHLY overpriced! Unclogging the drain ( running the snake into the drain) took 10 minutes at $220 ! Replacing two leaking cartridges was $150. Which is a reasonable price considering that the cartridges themselves were about $80, but we were told that the "cheaper" $150 charge was due to it being an additional portion of the service call....in other words if that was the only part of the job it would have been more!!!

Conclusion: if money is not the issue, use them.
