Nick was super helpful in getting the drain cleared after having another company snake the drain only to back up a couple days later. He used the hydro jetting and also the camera and showed me how clean the pipe was and also where it tied into the old cast iron pipe, creating a ridge that could collect debris and cause blocks. He offered a referal to get the problem fixed for the long term, and I am grateful to know about the issue as we are saving money to add a cement parking pad over the area. Now I know we will definitely replace the old section of iron pipe before we do that! In the mean time, our pipes are all clean and flowing well, and we know who to call if we need help with them. Nick was polite, knowledgeable, had the right tools, and was more affordable than the previous company I used. He's a keeper! I gave him a bag of lemons from my tree, and he was so enthusiastic! What a nice guy
