I have leaking problem from water filter system. Paul try to help me over the phone & visit my house without service charge & explained problem issue kindly.
Most other plumer ask service charge fee min $100.00 for just visit. If I need plumer I will contact Paul again.

Paul Nickerson is the best plumber ever! He's on time, honest, prices are reasonable and he's come through for me more than once in a pinch. He's been my plumber for about 5 years now. He has helped me with leaks, gas lines and repiping. He is thorough and will explain to you what needs to be done and why. He does it right the first time. This past year he came out to inspect pipes in my wall because my exterminator thought rats were getting in through an open pipe. Thankfully, Paul assured us the pipe wasn't open an no rats were coming in that way. I was inches away from having to tear out my bathroom wall!
Paul is the only plumber I will use. I hope he never retires!

I am updating my review because Paul has just taken me through a post-slab leak rerouting ordeal. He worked at finding a way to reroute and repipe without having to go through the slab and tearing up the floor. I want to add words like personal and professional integrity, pride in his work, provides an explanation of alternatives, meticulous work habits, oriented toward cleanup, and provides excellent referrals to colleagues in other trades who share his positive attributes. Interesting, he noticed several not up do code electrical and venting problems in my attic and took the initiative to correct them. Also, great communication skills. -
