Cody was amazing! Professional, punctual, and attention to detail. He was recommended by the company fixing our chimney and you can tell he knows his stuff. He installed a gas line for us for our new gas insert fireplace and also did the seismic shut off valve for our gas. We are new homeowners and city kids who have only lived in apartments. We don't know the first thing about owning a home- how to shut off gas, water heater, etc. Cody was reasonably priced and provided a free estimate. He took the time to show me the work he did and explain to me how to shut off and on our gas in an emergency. Very helpful and courteous! Would highly recommend him and we'll be using him in the future for all our plumbing needs.

I was in need of a plumber because I had a leak right before a weekend and I was getting out of town. This place confirmed to come out and take care of the leak. However it was a no show and a complete waste of time for me. They didn't call either and when I tried to call there was no answer. I'm just thinking what's going on. If they weren't going to show up it would be polite to call at least. I had to cancel my weekend trip because I had to wait for another plumber to take care of the leak. Don't use Nickel & Dime. My time is worth more than some nickel and dimes. They're not reliable.

This has nothing to do with their services, however driving like a bat out of hell on the freeway in your PT Cruiser is unacceptable, especially not wise while representing a business. You could have killed or seriously injured someone!!

Fast service and great price.

Needed a plumber as i had no hot water and low water pressure in my kitchen sink. Contacted Nickle & Dime and they responded quickly, resolved issue and didnt break the bank.
