he has a kind heart, professional, hard working and does a awesome job.
i rent a home that has issues, not real bad issues but some. i met him in 2017 to have him do plumming work and he fixed the problem and did a great job. then needed kitchen work and again great job. then he built a patio deck for me and what a beautiful job he did based on what the owner was willing to do. now bathroom plumming and replaced the shower faucet. he responds quickly and works with your schedule.
Nic is honest polite professional and hardworking.
i would recommend him for any of your repairs.

Just yesterday Nick hung an exterior door that I don't have the know-how to do well myself. He came by a few days before to give me an estimate that I thought was reasonable. Yesterday he arrived punctually and installed the door to my complete satisfaction. Nick is a kind man and a professional worker. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. I don't write a lot of reviews, but I had to write one for Nick and Sons. A bear broke down the door into the crawl space of my home and torn the water pipes apart.

After having the water pipes fixed it was important to make sure the door was not going to ever be opened by the bear.

Nick and Sons understood the situation and was able to fit me into their schedule the same day and did a great job.

Since it was done exteriorly, I didn't see the job until I was home. There was a slight issue I had with the ventilation holes. They came back the next day to fix it to my liking at no extra charge.

I really appreciate the time and expertise that Nick implemented in making a variety of repairs around our home. He was flexible with timing and efficient in completing the different tasks, including several lights that had stopped working (all of which he repaired), a screen door, bathroom fan, and doorbell.
